I just moved to the area from out of state I was absolutely terrified to have my hair done anywhere. Lauren, before she even started sat down and did a consultation with me to find out exactly what I wanted my hair to look like. She put the highlights in my hair and used a toner. They squeezed me in, so my haircut and style was with Addie. She took time explaining what every product she was using in my hair was going to do for my hair and how to properly put it in my hair. When she was done with the blowout she added some curl for fun. She turned me around for the big reveal, I was so happy my hair has never looked so beautiful! I could not be more pleased with this salon and will definitely be returning!

I was highly disappointed with my visit. The color I received was way off from what I asked and I was charged an obscene amount of money for it. When I attempted to talk to the owner about the issue, I was directed to just speak to the lead receptionist who simply broke down the pricing and then apologized for the fact that the website does correctly reflect it. In response to the horrible color I was simply told that everyone has a different idea of what red /Auburn hair looks like and I should have been more clear withow the stylist. I am highly disappointed that the owner did not deal with this issue herself and that no attempt at fixing the problem was ever made.

don't ask for sherry. she only knows one style. short. cut and set. she can probably trim long hair. needs to take some new classes. :(
If you care about your dog's safety, I strongly urge you to reconsider using Spa 4 Paws. Long story short, Bobbie's haircut put our dog in the Emergency Room the following day. This was the fourth time we've used Spa 4 Paws, where'd we'd received two satisfactory haircuts, one that was a little too short but tolerable, and this awful experience. Bobbie informed me that she had to cut his hair a little shorter because some of his hair was matted, but she failed to mention that she'd be cutting it so close he'd end up with multiple cuts and scrapes, and be in enough physical pain that he wouldn't eat, drink, or sleep for a day. We were forced to take him to the emergency vet on July 4th (the next day) to find out what was wrong with him. The Vet said that he was in a lot of pain because of the haircut and gave him a steroid shot to ease the pain. Additionally he perscriped a pain relieving gel and we are not allowed to take our dog on a walk in the sun for two weeks due to his exposed skin. He said he'd seen some issues with Groomers but never something like this. The worst part of the story is that the next day we contacted Spa 4 Paw's and the manager and Bobbie vehemently denied doing anything wrong, blamed us for giving them the dog with mats, and showed no remorse for physically harming our dog. Even if the dog's hair required a shorter cut, you'd think they'd error to side of caution and would rather leave a knot in the hair than cut the dog. They refused to grant any sort of refund without seeing the dog in person, which is not going to happen because we will never subject him to that place again. You might luck out and get a groomer who is competent there, but our dog was not so lucky. I strongly recommend that you look elsewhere if you don't want to go through with this. See photos. If you care about your dog, do not go here.
Love this place. Very friendly and professional. Definitely worth going to if you live in the area.
