I absolutely love Jimmy John's! I've never gotten it delivered, but hope to in the future. I agree that the ordering system could be a little better, but if you pay attention and actually line up then it's not terrible. The Night Club is my favorite! The meat is fresh, the bread is amazing! I've had a great experience every time I've went there!

Excellent house made hummus. Lamb gyros are the best. Reminds me of being in Chicago.
Jimmy Johns - Florence, ALPros: Close to my officeCons: Food is horrible! This was my first ever visit to a Jimmy Johns restaurant and will be my last.Where to start.......1. After placing my order I was supposed to be given number of which the sandwich board "assembly line" would call once it was ready. I received no number so as they are calling it out, I'm standing there, not knowing that it was my sandwich. Had they called out the description I would have easily known it was mine and not stood there wasting valuable time on my lunch break. After realizing that it was mine, the girl passing out the sandwiches treated me as if I were the one to do something wrong and that it was bothersome for her to have to take the extra step to say what it was. RUDE!2. The bread was awful! It was flavorless and yes, French bread should have some flavor. I could possibly get past that except it was so incredibly tough that it required sharks teeth to bite it. To have a headache from whiplash after taking a bite of bread is not acceptable.3. The meat.........I ordered turkey which I do not expect to be slimy. It was not a pleasant experience. There were 3 slices of turkey on an 8" piece of bread. Basically, I had bread! The meat was no better than you would get from a mediocre supermarket deli. I actually think Wal-Mart deli meat, which I loathe, is of better quality. Not a good start for this place. I don't expect it to be around long with the product they are putting out there. Maybe that's a good thing, then another restaurant worth eating at may possibly occupy that space.I'm only giving it 1 star because I have to! If by choice, it would get ZERO.
