I agree with the previous post(s). This is hacksville U.S.A/Flint. I worked there for 10 hous.Thats all it took. I seen the way thr Techs work on your vehicles. The Parts used are from Advance & are marked up 80 to 120 % at the least. The manager is 21 years old. The employee bathroom is not suitable for a man to stand and do his business. It is the nastiest, filthiest, raunchiest. hackiest place I have ever seen in the employment world. All about the money here...
I had them work on my fifth wheel this past summer and was pleases with there service. I had to have the entrance door repaired. The door was beyond repair. The had to order a new door. It arrived in a timely matter and was replaced. The workmanship was great and you could not beat the price.
Because of my current physical limitations, I've tried since September to get them to make an onsite repair (at our home) to replace the toilet of our motor home. Randy (owner) has said he could "maybe"come this week or the next, but then there is no further contact from him as to setting a specific date. After numerous failed attempts to get him to set a date, I have to interpret his lack of communication to mean he is not interested in the work. They advertise as an onsite repair facility. Maybe our repair job is not worth their time.
This place is my go to. They are always honest with me-despite being young and female. I was purchasing a truck so I had it inspected elsewhere. It got a clean bill of health. Very shortly after purchase, I knew I had a problem so I took my vehicle to a Midas that told me that everything was fine-I just needed some fluids refreshed. I wasn't satisfied, so I asked a used car dealer for a recommendation. He suggested Mid-Michigan. They listened to me and explained everything clearly. I was leaking most every fluid you could leak. After working hard on my vehicle, we were all satisfied. A month later I had squealing and they replaced a belt at no cost. A year later I described a small clunk when I reversed and they replaced my rear differential. I now have a brake line out and am taking my vehicle in soon. I always highly recommend this place due to their honesty, speed, and fair pricing; but most importantly, I recommend them for the amazing quality. Top-notch place all around.
I am a female and in the past other auto service businesses have taken advantage of that fact. This place was awesome. It was the fastest service I have ever had. The man working on my car explained everything in detail. I had a new muffler put on. The repairman noted that my radiator bracket was broken (I knew something was wrong by the way it looked in front). He even offered to brace it up for me so I didn't have to go to a bodyshop for the work. Fortyfive minutes and I was out the door with new muffler and radiator braced back in place!!!!!!
I, we, must agree with the previous post. Our church group participates in the program muffler man offers so some of our members go to that location. Most members have said the same thing about the man who runs the front desk. It is a shame that Muffler Man represents their company by having customers greeted by someone who I wouldn't trust to do any type of work for me. Many of us have taken our business elsewhere. Thanks John for sharing. I hope others see your post before visiting Muffler Man.
FAST, QUALITY and RELIABLE service at a good price. What more can you ask for? Don't hesitate to call them.
I took my vehicle to this Muffler Man location this morning. I was greeted by a young man at the front counter by the name of Dale. I took one look at him and turned around and left. His appearance was that of someone who was suffering from a bad hangover and looked like he could use a visit to a rehab center. I can not believe Muffler Man would allow their customers to be greeted by someone whose appearance is that of a drug addict and expect the customer to leave their vehicle at their business. Shame on Muffler Man!
