Stat Ems

Be careful. The EMT's I recently had were extremely incompetent. Needed to use our IT Department to reboot their equipment. Glad I wasn't at a residence, I may have died. The billing department is incompetent as well. BE VERY AFRAID!!

It would have been great if they responded to the right address thank god for neighbors that asked if we called for a ambulance and I said yes so they had to reload everything and come further down the street. Although they were polite I was disappointed that they had the wrong address which is of great concern for others who might need there service
