Horrible... We've come in for an appointment, only to find the waiting room packed and no one moving to be seen by a Doctor... the last time I was there m they forgot to pull my dads chart after a hour and half wait...... They need to not over book and when you do get in to see the Dr, it's like 5-1 0 minutes and your out.... Poor scheduling and the nurses have not a clue what the Hell they are doing.....

Yes, the waiting time compared to the appointment time sucks majorly. You almost always have a long wait. For me though I've actually got answers from Dr Sbei. He actually did something to help me instead of pushing me off like my previous neurologist did. Which, by him doing saves my life and manyaround me. So if it takes waiting a little longer to see a better dr, I'm for it.

The waiting is awful! My husband was in a wheelchair and he waited over an hour. There was a lady there that waited 3 hours.!!

If I could give this office a -5 star review I would. First issue with them is they charge you $35 dollars for a copy of your chart/test results which is ridiculous. also when you see a doctor there good luck with finding one in that office that knows how to speak fluent English. also if you worried for your health don't go there, because it feels like a McDonald's drive through, your lucky if they see you 5 minutes top its in and out ASAP. also the wait there is ridiculous, if your on time be prepared to wait up to 2 hours for a 5 minute appointment. So my suggestion is to stay far clear of this place, if your referred here from a physician, ask him/her for a different place to go.
