Overall

Brett and his office initiated an insurance policy with no authorization or approval from myself. Several months later when it was discovered I was being billed for this through my mortgage they refuse to refund or admit that they messed up. In fact, brett was very unprofessional and rude causing several thousand dollars to be lost by the client. DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY. state investigations are underway on this issue, due to him not having documentation or signed docsunents by myself on this policy. They are a fraud!
