After waiting 30 minutes in 15°, they finally show up. Not in a cab, but in a beat up Aztek. This was very sketchy. The bouncer even thought it necessary to write the license plate in case anything happen to us. We get in and its freezing. No heat, the check engine light was beeping, there was a bungi cord holding the steering wheel to something, I'm not sure. The driver kept fiddling with something under his seat. It was crazy and uncomfortable. Glad we made it home. If this is a legitimate company I would recommend taxi sign on the vehicle, also recommend your cab be on time especially when you were called 5 hrs in advance. Last but not least, make sure the heat in ur vehicles works properly. Thanks, but NO THANKS "Best Cab Co."!!!!!
