Absolutely terrible all the way to the top, I purchased a mattress and bed frame back in January was told the bed frame was n backorder till the end of January... No big deal, didn't receive it till first week of March, once delivered and assembled by them, had been damaged upon bringing it into my house and was missing a drawer knob, from here is where things got worse and to not write a novel of all the problems basically I had a no call no show on replacement delivery, rude conduct from every manager and two of the women in the service center throughout this ordeal and after the 3 time of a replacement delivery gone wrong I had decided it was enough and asked for my money back, was apologized to and told I would receive 100% of my money back..... That did not happen either I was shorted nearly $400 and had to fight to get that back as well. There is an extreme lack of communication and good customer service a this store and it clearly goes from store manager on down. Don't waste your time or money here.

Overall

Kind of funny the only (Flint) furniture store with a review is of Art Van and it is bad. I had a bad experience as well. Too many details to lay out, but my experience was very unpleasant-buying furniture should be enjoyable, especially since we don't do it everyday. I dealt with Frannie. I felt hussled, overcharged, rushed. Won't go back. While she was unnegotiable, she praised herself offering me 'discounts' on extra's I had no use for. Rip off.

They do not stand behind their warranty

I purchased a leather couch from Art Van and was talked in to the leather protection warranty by the salesman. When I got a crack in the leather from normal use I called the customer service number to report the damage and the lady was very rude right from the start. The inspector came out to my house and was also very rude. Art Van will not honor the warranty that I paid an extra 180.00 for because when the inspector wiped the couch with a white cloth he could see some dirt. I will never shop at Art Van again no matter how good the deal seems to be!
