I think some people on here are uneducated when it comes to how property management works...owners decide on how much repairs are done to their homes, not management. ALLtimate property management has some of the most skilled professionals in the business. I rented with them for 7 years and then purchased my first home with them. Great people!
I rented a house from them on February 1 2016 and I been here 3 months and for the past two months they promised to finish repairs and I called them for 10 weeks and I kept getting voicemail and promises but on April 12, I had the city ordinance officer and building inspector at my door with a letter stating my wife and I was living here illegally because Alltiment property management failed to finish repairs due to city code and failed to get an occupancy permit my wife and I are disabled and they took advantage of us so I'm forced to move due to their mistake I fill we should be compensated for are trouble we lost alot of money because of them and I suggest people not to rent from them.I called them and only got scammed and not precessional company at all.
On December 10,2015 I was introduced to Alltimate Property Management by a somone that was suppose to be my friend in the South Florida Ares. His Name was Adi Asrof. He told me that he works with a great company that is buying distressed properties at bargain prices and is renting them out for a great profit. He worked with Alltime Property Management of Flint Michigan, and the owner is Jenefer Oliver. He had 4 houses left that they supplied me with Real Estate Comps showing that they were worth 165,000. I purchased them from them for $105,000 plus 15,000 for repairs, at total of 120,000. The intent was to rent 2 for 550.00 each, and flip the other 2 for a small profit. As months went by they never rented out the two that they promissed, and never sold the other two for me.
I grew suspicious on the first week of April, and found a licensed Broker to check out the properties for me. He called me on April 6, 2016 to inform me that he was certain that I was scammed.
DO NOT RENT FROM ALLTIMATE. Mold, broken pipes, roach infestation, management doesn't care. They show you a fake apartment, hand you the keys the day you move in, and you walk into a place that doesn't meet health department regulations. They blame the tenants but don't do anything to fix anything, unless it's the building management lives in, they just got completely renovated, while my building has stair railings hanging off the wall. Don't waste your time or hard earn money.
Update: Still roach infestation, after management is well aware, was told I'd see an exterminator. No one has shown up. Leaking pipes made the ceiling of the tenet under me collapse, now there is a hole in the floor and we can see right into each others apartments, nothing been done for weeks. I wouldn't be surprised if half the post on here are done by employees or private investors who obviously only supportive because they are making a profit. I'm sure they treat you with the utmost respect when you have money. But they people surviving on minimal wage get the scraps, if that. I bet not one of the investors would want to live in there apartment complex if they were shown the true conditions of how this place is kept, not what they pretend it is, when they know a big wig is coming. STAY AWAY from their apartments. They just want your money.
I can't say enough about Alltimate Property Management and Elite Real Estate. I am an owner/Investor that has worked with them for 5 years now and they are a great company. They have helped me build my portfolio successfully to where I was able to retire and live off my residual income. Great Job to Jen and her team!
Do not rent from here! I rented from them for three years. It took forever for them to fix anything. Most of the things I ended up fixing myself. I found mold in the basement and found out it was black mold. They came and bleached it however the mold on the rafters they told me there was nothing they could do. I was moving out Oct 1st they finally told me I needed to write a letter in which I turned in Sept 20th. My original walk through was Sept 30th I was unable to make the walk through due to still moving, I tried to reschedule it for Oct 2nd or after since I was now moved out. They could not meet with me until the 7th. Everything went well and my deposit was to be returned which was $375. I spoke to the office to ask when I would receive my return and they told me they were taking part of it for not being out until the 11th and I would receive $250.00. I tried to talk with them and tell them I was out on the 2nd and they are the ones who could not meet with me but they refused to give me my deposit in full. I told them I had always paid on time and put my own money into the home and that what they were doing wasn't right. She said if I put my 30 day notice in on the Sept 20 then my move out date technically wasn't until Oct 20th. If that is the case then I should get it back in full I was out before the 20th, I was out the 2nd or in your case the 7th. No that is going against the 30 day notice you did not stay 30 days. Needless to say terrible company unwilling to work with anyone.
