Very good food, and excellent service! If you don't live in Flint, Michigan, you may think it is nothing but a bad water town. Nothing could be further from the truth. This restaurant is worth a stop in Flint to see the bright side of the city
Just Terrible Service And Cold Hamburgers, And Not Apologetic At All.
Great people and great food
The workers are so respectful and nice, and the food is amazing! Love the wing dings lunch special!!
I love Halo burger! It's something about the salt of the olives that makes a burger complete. When in town I go to the downtown location just to see the iconic Vernor's mural. Love this place!
Ordering we felt we were not talking to anyone, because of minimal response from the person taking the order. We would order two entire meals without any questions asked, or any response. . Then ordered another meal and got a slight response. After being done ordering, we asked if they heard everything, because we weren't getting any answers.. We waited for an answer and just drove up to the window. (My husband and I are patient people, but this was a little much) Waited in line about 3 minutes before they came to the window and we were able to see that they got our order and corrected what wasn't there or was wrong. Another 3-4 minutes to get our drinks. No straws. And then about 10 minutes on our food. Which is fine...... If everything is fresh. But alas, it was not. - very disappointed in service. Won't come again. Sunday, march-20th-2k16
Watch out for the mayonnaise! I was served rancid, separated, sour smelling mayonnaise this morning. When I told them their mayo was bad, they told me their new mayo 'just does that' indicating it's natural for it to separate. However, it's not supposed to smell bad too! Also, it only separates if its unrefrigerated or too old to serve! Order your mayo on the side and double check it every time, because they believe rancid mayo is normal! Also, unripened tomatoes and wilted vegetables are the norm for this Subway.
very friendly , clean and fast service, best food
My family and I were in the Flint area on 9/22/12. At approximately 1:10pm I decided to stop at Church's Chicken on Corrunna Road. The guy gave us some old, overcooked chicken that wasn't edible. I had already got on I-75 when we looked at the receipt and the food. The receipt didn't match what I had ordered. The chicken was looked as if someone had returned it and the cashier which was a light -skinned black guy, obviously gave me some chicken someone returned or that was old. I AM NEVER GOING TO CHURCH'S CHICKEN AGAIN. I HAD TO GIVE A STAR AS A RATING FOR THIS TO BE PUBLISHED BUT REALLY, I WOULDN'T GIVE ONE.
