I have never had worse service from any business i have ever dealt with. I bought a phone from the Metro Pcs store on Fenton Rd and Hill Rd,Flint. I paid $200.00 for phone and storage so that i had a nice phone for my up coming vacation. When i retured from vacation the screen on my phone started going crazy. I took it back to the store i bought it from and was treated horribly by Amanda she wouldn't help me and sent me to Miller Rd where they did me a (solid) and gave me an in store phone to replace my 34 day old phone. within a day the phone would not work. could heard people calling and could call out. I took phone back to Miller rd and a girl said it was on Safety Mode. They then discoved that the tech the day before didn't back up my vacation photos. Luckily the phone from the day before hadnt been sent back so her and her manage supposibly back my photos up on the phone. The next day the phone was doing same thing. Not calling out or letting me answer. i took it back and they looked at it and said where are your photos. i said they should be there. i haven't touched anything. They laook at me and say 'we are sorry your photos didn't save ' they sold you a bad Memory card' so all my vacation photos are gone! they did give me a phone that works finally. So i go back to the store i bought the junk from and he harrasses me for his employees behavior and says the card was fine. So here i am with a $200.00 phone, 1/2 my contacts and all my pictures erased and each place blames the other, but for $200.00 i lost all my Photo memorys. I so wish i would have just kept my old phone. Worst experince of my life!
I went to this store seeking help transferring pictures from my Samsung S5 to my computer. Rob and Miranda were very friendly, patient, knowledgeable as well as professional. They took the extra time to make sure I understood the process and could repeat it in the future.They truly understand the meaning of customer satisfaction which means putting the customer first. Worst service I have ever received from anyone. I was lied to repeatedly. I was told I need to keep the phone for at least 90 days before I could switch to another carrier. We discussed this because there was a question about the potential problems I may receive with my address. I was with Metro PCS for 122 days and then told by Philippines customer service that I only had the phone for 53 days. Today is August 22nd 2016 folks. I signed up with Metro on February 21st 2016 that is 122 days not 53. The customer service rep would not listen to me and kept interrupting me instead of listening. Service will cut off the day after my due date and tried to solve problem before that happened. I was told by a Woman inside of store to wait til my phone shuts off and then call 611 and they would give me a 48 hour grace period while she worked on getting my unlock code. Two days later and I have still received no email from her. what she told me about two day grace period was false as well.
Best Cellphone Store in Flint Area they repaired my phone's screen in 15 minutes. they have the best cutomer service. thank you for repairing my iphone
Shawn09/06/14I wouldn t recommend doing business with this Verizon reseller. They don't tell the truth and they act unprofessionally. The owner told me I was eligible for a device upgrade, but actually I still had a couple months on my current contract. A month later I noticed I had been charged $80 for an early contract termination. I called, stopped by the store numerous times, but they kept giving me the run around. I never got this issue resolved. Save yourself a lot of trouble and go to the corporate verizon store on miller road.|Edit|Delete
This store has excellent customer service and has great selection. I bought Iphone 4S phone cases and they are great. I dropped my phone and my phone didnt break. My wife has a Galaxy tab 3 7.0 got a case and screen protector for her and she loves them. I would recommend to store to everyone.
The manager in the store was rude to me didn't let finish what I was tring to explain to him. Told me that what I was trying to do cant get done in any AT&T store in 50 states. Went to another store and they did what I wanted no problem I was very happy. I call back up to this store to get manager info to make a complaint and he never came to the phone and had me on hold for over 30mins. This store sucks 100%.
