BUYER BEWARE!!!! Had to stop on the way home for air in tires after handing over $30,000 for a F150. A Ford Certified truck delivered with 40% oil life left. I seriously cannot believe their service department ever checked the vehicle. The only thing checked were all the boxes on the delivery paperwork!!! Be prepared for management (Ken Wood) when you contact them about the problem. He laughed and yelled “perfect” in the phone !!!! So think three times before you buy the ESP Policy. Where you finance or your credit union can offer you a better policy at a better price!!Paperwork:Floor-mats secured and not loose in vehicle. Actually no floor mats in truck. Just plastic on floor.Their answer for tires being 15 psi low was weather turned cold. The oil being 40% - the tech forgot to reset. (I guess they think you can’t check a dipstick. )I guess Ford better get a better idea.
They Have Great Service Department that opens super early for oil changes.. They Do Great service and you don't wait long. I would highly recommend them over any Ford Dealership in the area! Samantha T
I Rarely do reviews but this one is a must..... I went online to see what Crest Ford had to offer. They had a feature the was a credit score estimator. I tried it and the number was higher than my actual score. Let's just say that our credit isn't the greatest. I provided my email to see if someone could help us out. Mr. Christopher Merriman emailed me back and started a dialog with us. He was very helpful. I have dealt with many car salesmen in my time and most of them I find hard to trust but not Mr. Merriman. He was really working for us trying to get us into the car we wanted and not just trying to make a sale. To make a long story short he was able to help us. We would recommend others to stop by Crest Ford and talk to Mr. Merriman.~m&t
Worst dealer ever. I don't think they can find their way out of their own parking lot. Lied to my son about the sales deal. Filled out paperwork wrong. Caused lots of grief. I would drive a 1000 miles if I had to just to use a different dealer. They give Ford motor company a bad name.
Always a great place to deal with
Great sales man Chris merriman. It was a very pleansant experience. I have delt with Chris for over 10 years I would highly recommend him to all my friends looking to buy or lease a Ford product.
Great Sales team, we just leased a new fully loaded Flex from Chris Merriman at Crest Ford, couldn't be happier with the service and information he provided. Would definitely buy or lease through him again!
CREST FORD Flat Rock is the best dealership and has the best service department of any Ford dealership downriver hands down. They are customer friendly, efficient, and do quality work. The general manager and the service manager are great run a tight ship.. And the service advisors are professional.. My name is Julio Jiminez and I approve this message.
Recently had service at Crest Ford. They were open earlier so I could get my oil change done before we left on vacation. Not only were they really fast, but they also took the time to look at a small issue I was having, and fixed that as well. Great service that I would recommend to any Ford owner!
I went to Crest to purchase my first vehicle. I am an A plan customer and had been to a couple other dealers previously and was not treated well because they knew I was going to purchase Ford no matter what. My experience at Crest was amazing. Brent took the time to answer all of my questions, allowed my husband and I to take the time to discuss, and made sure we were completely satisfied before driving the car off the lot. I would recommend Crest (and Brent) to all my friends and family. (Purchased 8/25/14)
