Visible Difference

I am a parent of an NAU student in and I am so impressed with the above and beyond help from the owner of this store. My daughter will shop here for all her supplies that are needed. Thank you!!!!

I will NEVER shop here. The owner of this establishment has treated me and people that I know with pure disrespect; completely unprovoked. I refuse to support a person that treats people that way. This person needs to know that it is not okay.

I am an amateur artist, but spend a lot of money trying. I like higher end things, as they give me better results, and I feel compelled to continue. The first time I visited Visible Difference for Daniel Smith watercolor paint...ie 15 bucks per tube, I spent approximately 200 dollars in this store. I have been back several times for more paint and supplies, but left twice empty handed. The owner of this store is so rude, and treats you as if you are going to steal her blind. I like to look and imagine (artist!) my colors. This proprietor does not allow for any of that.... SO I have walked out for my very last time! I will order, or go to Phoenix what I can't find at Michaels or elsewhere. You might own this store, but I m afraid that you don't understand your own business clientele. I love to buy local, but Visible Difference is a prime example of how that doesn't work. Just because you monopolize the high end art supply niche, doesn't mean we have to buy from you.... YOU ARE RUDE AND HOVERING....
