        Northern Arizona Orthopaedics (NAO) is home to respected and trusted physicians, all of whom have specialized training, covering every sub-specialty of bone and joint care.         After 5 years of 'plan' doctors telling me nothing was wrong, I visited Dr. Mahoney and was diagnosed after one injection in my S.I. joint. I also highly recommend Dr. Cashmore, who rescued me from constant pain and crippled hips. If you want CARE, go there!

        After having a remarkably difficult time getting an appointment made with NAO; they neglected to call with an appointment reminded, not that one was necessary after the whole ordeal of getting it set up in the first place. Out of curiosity to see if they willy nilly just decided to cancel my appointment for no good reason, i called the morning of to confirm i was still set for my post op appointment at 9:30 am. The receptionist was of absolutely no help, telling me she would confirm my appointment and get a call back to me by 5 pm... So in faith i went for my appointment anyway, which was fortunately still scheduled. At this appointment i was expecting to get staples removed from my leg in lue of a surgery i had two weeks prior. After expressing my concern to the PA about prematurely removing staples leaving the wounds to slightly reopen and scar more drastically (which they have done prior) she assured me they were "good to go". They were not.
