BEYOND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was by far, the worst service experience that I have ever had. Flagstaff locals told me not to go there because it's well-known how bad Planet Chrysler is, but I didn't listen. Lesson learned.As several others have noted, the service consultants are more than happy to take your money ($1,050.00 in my case) but when I returned an hour later, because the problem had still not been fixed, they treated me as if I was the problem.They told me to schedule an appointment to bring it back next week, and that there was no guarantee that I wouldn't have to pay more money to have it fixed properly. When I responded by saying that I had already paid to have the car fixed, and that I didn't want to wait until next week, they became very disrespectful and aggressive. Their fake niceness turned ugly, and they started calling me names. When I said that this was unacceptable and that I wanted to speak to a manager, one of the guys actually said that he was a blackbelt in karate and that he was going to beat me up! It was surreal to be in such an unprofessional environment.Enter the ring leader of this circus, Nevin. We went to his office, and I was absolutely shocked that his first reaction was to defend their behavior! After a few minutes, he eventually came to his senses, and he apologized for his employees' behavior. We were able to have a normal conversation before I left. I'll give him that credit.However, his first response to this situation makes me wonder what part he plays in all of this? From reviews that I've read, this type of service has gone on for years. So is he too weak to manage this establishment, and he lets these employees walk all over him? Is he too incompetent to know what type of ship he is running, and what people say about this place around town? Or is he actually encouraging all of this? It's hard to say.Needless to say, I'll never be coming here ever again, and I strongly recommend you do the same.

I was passing through Flagstaff in the middle of the night and started having trouble with my truck. I called Maclin truck and they sent a service truck right away. They were able to quickly diagnose my truck and get the parts . I was back on the road a very quickly and at affordable price.
A dream come true. I am sitting here looking out my window at my beautiful blue 2011 Nissan Rogue. I am still in shock and never thought I would own that. It's all thanks to Jeremiah Caughey of Planet Dodge Flagstaff. He moved mountains and then some to get me out of my near dead beat car and into this beauty. I had given up trying to get this car but Jeremiah wouldn't take no for an answer and worked harder to get me into the Rogue. He was professional, polite, and funny. I owe him so much! Gen Mgr John McLaughlin stepped in to solve a problem for me with my tires that looked like it could void my warranty. I am so impressed. He listened, he researched the problem and he went above and beyond to replace my tires. Even gave me a big break on the price.I Am a very happy customer!
I have used Northland Motorsports for 10 years. I have had tires mounted and balanced, three different motorcycles tuned and maintained. Bought parts and accessories and had them find dealer recalls and repairs at absolutely no charge to me. They have Top mechanics, reasonable prices and a very personable and friendly staff. Very fast & reliable service. They are my Go To motorcycle shop in Flagstaff.
Findlay Honda is the absolute worst dealership. They have been involved in numerous cases of fraud and have dreadful customer service. If you are looking for a car, you are better off going to the valley where there is more competition. We bought a Toyota from them. We were repeatedly assured it was 4 wheel drive. They showed us the 4 wheel drive gear and told us it would kick in when we moved the stick to the side. Well, that was a lie. We are now stuck with a 2 wheel drive vehicle in the snowy mountains of flagstaff. When I called the manager about this issue, all he said was that he would love to sell me a new car, big help!I highly recommend that no one buys from here.

5% of lifetime dealerships"I've purchased many vehicles in my 50 years of driving and would easily rate Findlay Volkswagen in the top 5% of all dealerships I've experienced. Too often, buying a new car has been an unpleasant experience as the typical dealership tries to squeeze every nickel out of the deal. But, every once on in awhile you come across a dealership like Findlay where the sale is low pressure, purchase and trade values are up front and fair, and you drive away feeling good, and not molested, by the experience. In the 8 years I've lived in Flagstaff, I've bought 9 vehicles. Although I've always tried to buy local, every other dealership forced me to drive to Phoenix to get a fair deal. Findlay, on the other hand, made it clear from the start that they wanted my business and offered me a deal that was every bit as competitive as Phoenix. It was a great feeling to not only buy the car I wanted at a very fair price, but to also be able to keep the money local. Thank you Findlay for breaking an 8 year drought.
I took my 2019 jetta sport wagen in because of a transmission problem,I had bought an extended warranty and now find that it means nothing to them nor does the safety of the owner.After backing up the car refused to leave first gear or go into reverse.The lights on the dash were blinking from the ones that tell you what gear your in.After turning off the engine then restarting it,It seem to clear up the problem.When I explained it to the service writer I was told that it was not covered on the extended drive train warranty.If I wanted to replace the computer that runs the transmission then I would have to fork over 2500 dollars.I will be selling this car now and repeating this story in every blog that I can find and hopefully prevent anyone else making the same mistake as I did.I'll stick with the toyota for now on.They back what they say, and it doesn't cost you for something that should have been on the warranty to begin with.
