Pick up and drop off was very easy. Very friendly staff. We've rented from this location several times and have never been disappointed!
Great place to rent a car. The new extended hours they have allow me to still make it in to rent a car later in the day after work. Everyone at this location is professional, and they always treat me with respect!
Renter BEWARE- I had rented from this site for several months as my job recently required more travel. My experience had been pretty good. Then, I returned my vehicle one night. checked it out myself and made sure there was no damage, dropped the keys in the night box and went home. The next day, they call me and tell me that there is damage and they are charging my account. I ask them to send me a picture as there was no damage when I returned it. 10 days go by and they never send me a picture or any information. I wasn't sure if they had decided to drop the case or not. So, I take time off work and go into their office. Turns out they had submitted the case and never included me in the correspondence! Now my insurance won't cover the claim as I missed telling them during the 10 day delay. In addition, I ask for the photo again and they spend an hour trying to find it and the paperwork. Turns out there is a scratch is on the bottom of the bumper- and they are charging me $400. They tell me that I did it, but it wasn't there when I dropped off the car. Pretty sure one of their employees did it when they moved the car and they are just charging me because they can. I explained that I did not do that and they say, well, too bad, because I wasn't there when they checked the car back in, so I can't deny it.6 weeks later and I am still waiting on them to send me paperwork for my insurance company on the off chance I can get it covered. I have been in multiple times to try and get the right paperwork from them for the insurance. They are nice, but the customer service boils down to "well, you have no choice since we have your credit card details, so you are out of luck....." Absolute NIGHTMARE!Even though they are the closest rental agency to me, I will drive miles out of my way now to avoid them. If you chose to use them, video everything and NEVER, ever return the car when you can't be there when they check you back in. They may stick it to you....
Rented a vehicle for 2 weeks with easy pickup and easy return. Very satisfied with the vehicle and the service.
DO NOT RENT ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!! Cindy Maynard tried to "hustle me" out of $5.00 in gas after I rented the U-Haul for $178. Fortress U-Haul records the gas from the previous rental, then moves the trucks from inside to outside the gate daily until the next rental. Fortress U-Haul moved my truck back and forth for over two months and expected me to pay for the gas. The tank was empty when I picked up the vehicle. After I returned the vehicle, I showed Cindy the pictures I took of the empty gas gauge right after I picked up the truck, two receipts for gas I purchased before and after I used the vehicle, the gas gauge after I refueled and she threatened to sue me for $5.00... I told Cindy "PLEASE DO" ... I just happen to be a lawyer! ... see same comment on Better Business Bureau website. - Jim W.
