Went into the store because I was having problems with my phone. Tech experts Alma and Sayuri diagnosed my issues and immediately corrected the problem. I was in and out of the store in 15-20 minutes. I was completely satisfied with the service and would highly recommend coming to this location. Thank you ladies!
I opened an account on the 22nd of the month. I paid my bill late on the 28th. I expected my service to start up from that date. But they are shutting my service off on the 22nd. I expected to get a months service from the 28th. Customer service told me i needed to "request" a new anniversary date to get my months service. They told me i could change my anniversary date for a fee of 17 dollars and 1 cent. What a joke ! Im switching back to Boost Mobile......
I would leave a VERY Detailed review on my experience but it's too long so I will number my issues; 1- THE TECHNICIAN WILL NOT REPAIR YOUR PHONE if they see visible signs of water, liquid, or dents. From what they told me it's franchise policy they don't have to open the phone! 2. They will not give out the name or number of their regional manager!

After 62 years of living, The longest wait EVER to simply pay my phone bill happened at this METRO PCS in Oceanside. No less than 4 customers waited in patiently in line for...get this well, close to a HALF HOUR, with only one rep working thru this entire period...BY FAR THE WORST SERVICE EVER PROVIDED...AVOID THIS PLACE AT EVERY CHANCE!!!
Don't come here if you want an iPhone. All they do is bash it.. If all you want is a droid, then come here. They lost my business when I'm up for an upgrade
The manager, Claudia Castenada, is the most worthless, rude, obnoxious store manager I have ever dealt with. This is a corporate store and I have filed a complaint with Verizon corporate. Why you ask? Employees Blanca and Marshall lied and deceived to sell my daughter and her friend two new iPhones and Claudia continued the deception. This review will not allow me to not give a star rating. so one star was chosen, which is about three stars too much!
