I dropped my car off Tuesday at 8:00 am for a job that I was told would take 3 hours. I didn't get it back until Wednesday at 11:30. Throughout the process I was told my car would be ready at multiple times, but for some reason the time kept getting pushed back. I figured I'd try them out despite the poor reviews due to them being under new management. That was a mistake on my part. Now my car is making a new screeching sound that wasn't there before I dropped it off. Bring your car to them at your own risk.
i have had my Truck in there many times and they do a great job. They explained to me what was wrong with it and what was recommended be done. i am very pleased with the service i got and will be back there again and would send anyone there. the Manager Steve was very respectful and did what he told me he was going to do with no hidden charges,
Had my vehicle towed there after having a no start condition. I was told that it was the fuel pump the next day. Ordered and installed a new fuel pump and they said the car started and ran for 5 minutes then stopped. They claimed to do further diagnostics and said it must be an electrical problem. The next day I called them and they said that they replaced the new fuel pump saying that something else in the car caused the new fuel pump to fail. After the weekend I call and now its supposedly the cam sensor or possibly the ECU is bad. Wanted another $400 to replace the cam sensor saying it was a 5 hour job, in addition to the $600 fuel pump job... at that point I told them to shove it and had the car towed to another shop which is BBB accredited. Within an hour they diagnosed my car with having a bad distributor cap and rotor and had it running. I called the corporate office and filed a complaint against the Muffler Man shop in Findlay. The shop is shady as all get out - they threw my original fuel pump away so I have no way to have it tested. Shop manager does not call when he says he's going to. You have to call him and nag daily. They had my car for over a week and never got it running. I'd avoid the place at all costs.
