Ashton Farms Custom Meats

In November 2009 I shot a large bull bison. I took it to Ashton and asked em to age it as if they had to eat it. It was hung in two different rooms for weeks but lost hardly any meat because the carcass was well wrapped in a layer of fat. It was then cut and vac packed and shipped to me two months later. Now years later I am still thawing these bags of ground and stew meat and roasts and there is zero freezer burn! The heavy duty vac bags Ashton used are so thick and perfectly sealed the meat tastes just like it was butchered yesterday. I got hundreds of pounds of meat from my bison (had to buy 3 chest freezers to hold it) and I can say now, after 3 years...Ashton Farms is by far the finest meat processor I have ever found. They cannot improve on their service or pricing...I got much more than I paid for, And coming from me that's really saying something because I have high expectations and am one demanding customer, especially with my game meat. Don't look any further...you just found the best there is. Ashton...I sincerely appreciate the quality of your service. Thank you very much! Stellar performance. I couldn't be happier.
