Rick the service manager always makes sure that I'm taken care of and that's all that you could ever ask for. There was a problem with what was quoted and what the price actually was. It was a miscommunication but and we really couldn't come to an agreement as to who was wrong. Rick made it right and I will always come here. This incident was the first I ever had here and they handled it so well that it has made me a customer for life. Thanks again.

They ripped me off for over $2000 when they didn't fix my car. Unbelievable story...they had a lousy service person who is no longer there. Internally they admit that they were at fault. But not even the courtesy of an acknowledgement let alone an apology. I thought to give them an opportunity to make it up in a new car sale. Their sales people also were unknowledgeable...even the new car they wanted me to test drive had a dead battery. I wrote letters, not even the courtesy of a response. They only think about today, not tomorrow's sales. Please beware and only bring your car here with the utmost caution. They will rip you off!

I have served our country now for over 20 years. Throughout my time in the army I have been a good job of character on who I have met. When I first started looking for a new vehicle. I did a lot of research online, sent e mails out to dealerships. And by far, Honda of Fife responded quickly to my concerns. For that I say thank you. I was nicely greeted by my sales representative, Jin Kwon. He was very knowledgeable about the Honda Pilot I was quering about. Every question I asked he answered in a very professional matter.I knew he answer me correctly because like I said I already did some research on it and already knew the answer. As a person Jin would be someone I would hang out with. His personality was very suited to mine. By cracking proper jokes and making the car process very relaxing. He was also very professional and display courtesy to my wife when she asked him questions. Thank you for a great car buying experience. I will definitely comeback here to trade in my other vehicle.

We have bought many cars over the years from Honda of Fife - both new and used. Every time the staff has been helpful and efficient and we have been overjoyed with our purchase (which is why we have kept coming back). We have also used the service center and have been pleased with just an oil change or more extensive work. The charges seem fair and sometimes work has even been done sooner than expected! Our latest purchase was a used Cadillac Escalade - which we love! They were able to get us the right car at the right price and we will be sure to come back when our needs change.

Great experience! Met salesperson on the lot and he asked me questions about what I was looking for, model, equipment, color, etc. He took me over to the perfect 2010 Pilot I described. I was able to test drive the Pilot as long as I wanted, the salesperson didn't rush me into returning to the dealership. We went inside and did some paperwork and the sales manager came right out to meet me. This really impressed me as I had been to another nearby dealership and the salesperson kept running back to the mystery sales manager somewhere in the dealership. Anyway, we quickly came to an agreed upon price,(a really good price) and I signed the paperwork. I didn't buy a top of the line Pilot, yet the salesperson went over a very detailed delivery of the vehicle. He showed me how everything worked and then some. I am reccomending Honda of Fife to all my family and friends.

I was not intending on purchasing a new vehicle but when I was introduced to David, i felt comfortable and not pressured. He was very informative about the vehicle (civic 2dr ex)and by the time I had test driven the car I knew I was driving my new car. The paperwork process did not take to long as I had feared it may; and I felt right at home while being introduced around the dealership. Thank you again, and I will definitley be returning for service on my vehicle also.

I have been using their service department for a long time and love Aaron and Dan. They are always very friendly and helpful. I was needing some work done to my car and Aaron got me in touch with Chris from sales. I wasn't sure I wanted to get a new car but Chris took his time and really cared about my needs for transportation and my budget. I didn't feel like he was just pushing me to buy something. I left with a 2008 Honda Certified CRV. I got a vehicle I love and he was able to keep it within my budget. I would definately recommend Honda of Fife to my friends and relatives!

It was on the weekend when my family and I were passing by, and had a nail in the tire. We stopped in, got out of the car, a guying standing by asked if he could help us, we told him about our tires, and he walked me over to introduce me to Aaron Pattee. Very professional individual, introduced himself to me and my family, made us feel at home, then got to the root of our issue. We told him about the tire going flat and he told me they fix tires for free and he could get us out of there in no time flat. He did what he promised at NO CHARGE. Wow.....a dealer not costed us a thing with making us feel like we have been a customer for years. Very pleasent experience and we will definitely be back and spread the word. Also come to find out that the oil and filter change were we have been going is almost double what it is at Honda of Fife and they are open seven days a week.

David was very nice and polite. He answered all my questions and showed me a perfect car. He didn't waste any time and promptly prepared the paperwork I needed to complete the purchase. Lorenzo showed my all the options and explained how to operate them. I was very happy the whole process took only 2 hours. And now I have my car!!!!The finance department was a little backed up. But I was in and out in 20 minutes.

I purchased a new accord from Honda of Fife. I had my criteria set and the sales person and manager were awesome about not wasting my time with other vehicles or trying to sway my mind. They showed me what was available and offered to locate another if I chose a different color. The test drive was a nice experience too, no pushy talk, simply questions and answers. When it came to the price and financing of my car, I asked for the current promotion I had seen on t.v. I qualified and the paperwork was ready! I purchased a small amount of 3m for my car, where my kids tend to scrape the paint, and 6 months later I am very happy I did!I would recommend this dealership to my friends or anyone else looking for a straight forward experience with friendly people who are interested in obtaining a client base, not just a quick buck.

Service Dept - Aaron has helped me a couple of times in the past few months and he has always delivered great customer service and has always gone above what is expected. Small dealership w/ some great employees. Now that I've tried this dealership I realize the service and parts prices are great too. If you need to have your Honda serviced, ask for Aaron.
I have purchased my second car from Honda of Fife. I had my last Accord since 2005 and on the 5th anniversary (we get a great card from our salesperson, David ever year), we decided we just loved the new style of the newer Accords. We always looked at them when we were there for service. David once again showed us how professional he and all of the staff at Honda of Fife are! He made us the deal we needed to make it work for our budget. We will always come back again to Honda of Fife to both purchase our future cars and service our current Honda!
I have bought several cars from Honda of Fife and they have been so easy to work with. My wife recentlyt had her car in for service. When she came home she couldn't say enough nice things about Chad. He really made an impression with her. She hates going to car dealership because she is intimidated being a woman. She said that Chad took the time to explain everything thoroughly. We are getting ready to get our daughter a car and we will go see Chris Wolfe. He is a long term manager there. I would not hesititate to send my friends and family there. They have taken great care of my wife and I am willing to send my daughter there on her own. Great job Honda of Fife. Keep up the great customer service!
I just bought my 3rd car from Honda of Fife. They made the car buying experience fun. Yes, i said fun! They had my husband and I laughing. They took the time to listen to our needs and found us the exact vehicle we wanted. 5 STARS!!!!! Keep up the good work and we will see you when we bring in our new CRV for service.
Yep. I had to take in my Mighty Minivan in for service on a recall. Eh, it happens...so, I searched for my area Honda dealers. The Honda store on South Tacoma Way gave me really REALLY crappy service when I went to buy with cash my van and take a look at their reviews ~ still crappy. So, my choices was here or Auburn (my home town). I took a look at the reviews around the web and made my choice to come here. I am very pleased I came to Honda of Fife! From the moment I made my appointment to when they were done and handing back my key, I was impressed with the whole process. They really deserve 10 stars when it comes to customer service. Of course, the work was free to me and they knew they were going to get their money either way, but that didn't reflect on how I was treated. Service Advisor Aaron Patte took care of me. He explained what they were going to do, an eta, and made sure I was comfortable with my stay there. One of the other employees even offered to make me popcorn (as I was there with my 5yo). Very cool, but I declined :). After the work was done, the van had been washed and ready in great time. Aaron personally took me to the desk to sign off, walked my out and made sure that there were no other concerns or questions. Ya, I should expect this type of service.... but, I believe they went above and beyond. Thank you Aaron ~ you rock!

It's a car dealership for sure, and where I'm from I'm used to dealing with high pressure a-holes so it's not like I was expecting some guys to totally back off and let me walk around without trying to make their money, but I also know how to wheel and deal with them instead of walking away totally screwed. That said, I had a really good experience buying my first *new* car from them. I went there to test drive the car I was considering, but was going to wait a few months for my new job to settle in before purchasing. They took my job of 2 weeks into account and spent 3 hours trying to get me the best financing option. For being a 21 year old student most dealerships won't even try. They eventually got me a better deal than my mom got on her car (hah!) and I drove away that day with a brand new Honda Fit. Their routine service, like oil changes and whatnot, is pretty reasonably priced so I always just go there to have it done, then there is no question if something goes wrong that all the required service for my warranty has been completed. They send out awesome coupons as well, but I did go elsewhere for tires and brake service.

We brought our recently purchased Acura here because a co-worker brings her Acura here as well and told us the service and price is better than the actual local Acura dealer..... I called only a couples days ahead and needed a Saturday appointment and they were able to get us in! Upon arrival, which we were early for, they were able to get started anyways and were very informative and professional. I'm glad we choose this establishment and look forward to dealing with them in the future.

From first phone call to final signing, the staff showed they are customer-centered in all they do. I was put in touch w/ Mike on the phone after seeing MY CAR on the internet. He was courteous and friendly and invited me to see it the same day. I was SO ready, as I have been bussing it after a collision w/ my last Civic:( I drove onto the lot and was met warmly by Chris - pre-arranged by Mike to meet me at out agreed upon time. Great start! Despite a very lame selection of umbrellas - Chris' personal and friendly nature made the test drive of my car very smooth. Despite some intense negotiations - I feel good about this deal on my next Honda. I will not hesitate to recommend them.

In the process Charlie showed me some of the new arrivals and then convinced me that I would be less money out of pocket today if I just purchased a new car.
