I had several people looking to buy cars I tried to refer to him and he cussed me out and wouldn't even speak to me. Don't waste your time with this guy. He's a loser and will take advantage of you, very poor communication skills.

Copied from my BBB complaint:""On the drive home from the dealership I noticed that the sun roof didn't work and sounded like it was letting a lot of wind in. So, I sent an email letting them know. Here is the email I sent as soon as I got to work:"Hello XXXXX,I came in and drove a 2010 Lincoln MKZ off the lot today. I loved the drive back to downtown. However, the sunroof does not work and has a fair amount of wind noise. Would it be okay if I brought the car back for you to look at it?"There was no response, so I follow up with a call about 15 minutes ago (24 hours after driving the car off the lot). That's where things got out of control.I introduced myself and told him (I believe the owner) what my problem was. He (owner) informed me that they new about the issue and that they don't work on sunroofs. So, I asked, calmly, why they didn't disclose the defect when I test drove or purchased the car. He (owner) told me that he wasn't there when I test drove it. So, I told him, again frustrated but calmly, that I found that answer unacceptable. It would have been nice to know that there was an issue before I purchased the car. At this point he starts yelling at me. When I told him, again calmly, he was yelling he claimed he wasn't... He then proceeded to not allow me to speak" for about 3 minutes while he yelled at me over the phone. I wasn't able to get a word in edge wise. I then said, well this conversation is obviously over and I would be getting it fixed and then going from there. He then proceeded to accuse me of threatening him and yelling more for another 3 minutes. That's when I told him the conversation was over and I hung up.When I got off the phone my boss even mentioned how crazy that conversation was as he could overhear the guy (owner) yelling at me and how I couldn't get a word in.I would suggest that, no matter the price, no one purchase a car from this place... I love the car, but already regret having given this guy any of my money.""
I drove out to this business with all intensions on purchasing a vehicle or two from this location and was met with a disrespectful sale rep. That yelled at me when I asked "have either of these vehicles been in an accident" and "what issues do you know of that exist on either of these vehicles?" He told me " You, pull up in a 50-thousand-dollar truck and try to back me in the corner on the two cheapest trucks on my lot!" I then replied that we will not be doing business and I suggested that he doesn't treat the next customer that walks in the door asking about a vehicle like this. I was told "don't tell me how to do my job and I wont tell you how to do yours!"Desired Resolution: No further contact by the business
