Broke down car? Can't help me today? Really, I understand equipment problems. But come on. Out of the contacts now.

Service is great and prices are too! Needed a ride one night from a bar and passed out in the cab. Never met the driver before but somehow I ended up at home! Apparently I had him stop at White Castle because when I woke up the next morning there were empty boxes everywhere! The drivers go above and beyond the call of duty!

I had never called a cab before calling Crystal Cab and I was a bit hesitant to, even though I walked daily from home to work and back. It was raining one day and I decided to give it a shot and I definitely don't regret it! I can't thank Crystal Cab enough for all the muddy (and hot!) walks they've saved me from. I have never had an issue with them being on time and if I'm ever running on a tight schedule, I just make sure to ask them about wait-times. The drivers are laid-back and incredibly kind--I couldn't recommend them enough!

Do not even bother... The lady is very rude. A person used them nearley every day for several years. One particular night she alled ahead of time to be sure she had a cab. The cab did not show by the said time causing her to be late to work. She tried calling several times and was simply told he would get there when he could. An hour and 15 minutes after she had to be at work the cab still had not shown. She had to find an alternative ride. Being that she is a private nurse and medication was to be administered, this could have cost her her job.
