I have had Sprint as my cellular provider for 12 years and have always been treated fairly until I started patronizing the Sprint store in Festus, Missouri. One day, I asked for the manager with whom I always dealt with and was told by a worker named Kelly that the manager and his assistant were let go because they were sleeping together. Not what I wanted to hear and really could care less. Non of my business. However, they let these two workers go and they were the best workers in the organization. Recently, I brought in a defective headset for an exchange and the same person named Kelly who spoke poorly of the prior manager, told me that I could exchange the equipment, then later said I could not, even though it was still under warranty. She lied to me, then I asked to speak with the manager and was told it was company policy that they could not call the manager (Melissa) on her day off. I called and spoke with Melissa the next day and she said "Kelly called me and told me of the problem after you left the store last night". Another lie by Kelly. Though under warranty, they would not exchange it. Finally, I called and spoke with Sprint customer care and they agreed to send me a new headset at no charge. I received the device within 24 hours. Additionally, we had an issue with another phone that night and were told by Kelly that this store lost the contract to repair phones and to take the phone to another Sprint store in Sunset Hills, MO. I stated that the new policy was inconvenient and she said "yeah it sucks'. Not very professional. Kelly also lied and told her manager that I slept with the headset every night, which was another lie. My suggestion to anyone who has Sprint as a cellular provider is to not patronize this store...ever. I asked who the owner was and Melissa, (Mgr) who was also very rude , refused to tell me. This store located at 1300 Veterans Blvd. in Festus, MO 63028 is the worst. A horrible experience. We refuse to go back.
Terrible service....online and door clearly state open at 10:00 am on Sunday. Employees came in at 10:25 am walk past 6 customers and say we don't open till 11:00 am and locked the door behind them. Never a great experience at this location .
Zero review my bill went from zero to 435.00 thanks to the lady at the Festus store....I'm not paying it.
They never answer their phones anytime I call. To me thats bad business ethics
The seven employees working this evening didn't even acknowledge us after we walked in, nor the next three groups of customers that followed us. A family that came in 5 min after us left after 15 min of waiting to even be acknowledged. After I confronted the manager he said that they were working on an issue. 4/7 employees weren't helping in store customers. So we left and went to Walmart about 1000 feet away and were immediately helped with only two employees. The employment and mgmt staff need a lesson in customer service. If I were you I wouldn't waste the 30 min and just head straight to Walmart. P.S. The phones are cheaper too.
