I scheduled an appt with Chris to install my alarm system at 10:00, by 10:15 he failed to arrive. I called the office and eventually he called back to say it would be around 11:00 to 11:30 take it or leave it basically. We chose to leave it! If this is any indication of the service they offer I'm glad we are going to a competitor!!
