Horrible, the "manager" is a joke. I ordered a take out order and not only did they over charge my card but they charged it twice. A 38 dollar bill, and they hit my card for over 100.00. When I called to have it refunded the "manager" said he basicaly couldn't do anything about it. " these things work themselves out usualy." Even though I have bills coming out and now their mistake is going to rack up overage fees. The manager couldn't do a thing to fix this mistake even though I have my recipt and bank statement showing the errors. This place is horrible I will never return. And I will ensure all of my friends and family don't as well. Very unprofessional and rude.
Bartender is on edge should leave family business at home not yell at the customers saying I'll be right there.. .. on night manager is the say way SHIIITY .... AND RUUUUDE my opinion stay away from this casino ..
Living in such a small city, it's really not good for business to treat your "locals" like that. We will just go somewhere else. .
I have lived in Fernley since 1958 and I have been going to your establishment since it opened and was treated very badly by your casino floor manager and cage manager when they came into the restaurant because I asked for my hashbrowns to be cooked a little extra because they always come out raw and they put them in the deep fryer they came out hard as a rock and I complained, this young chunky girl said she was the manager and I complained last week about the same thing and she said that's the way they cook them extra and she didn't think they could please me and I had to leave right then and wasn't welcome back. I've had a construction company in this town for years and I will tell everyone I know about the way I was treated, and I will for years to come, my wife and a lot of my friends gamble there and this will cost you more than you think.
