Came here today, Saturday Nov. 21 2015Still terrible staff.Clerk 108 this morning at 06:40 saying "she follows company's rules"OK... Let me point this clearly: if you have "rules", they're ALL the same 24/7/365 to ALL employees. And not employees doing A and you doing B even if your supervisor is behind the counter.Now here are other rules:Rule No.1 - You don't argue with the customer especially because you go against the customer's request and pretending it's the policy. All other employees bring the fax pile, just do the same. Period!If I'm telling you "Please bring the pile of faxes that way I can recognize mine, just do it" (Obviously, all cover pages were removed so for sure you can't see my name or company name!)Also you don't tell the customer to shut up even on a classy style. I know what I'm doing and you won't change me, and you won't tell me to shut up!Rule No.2 - If the customer tenders $247.83, you punch "$ 2 4 7 . 8 3" and not "$ 2 4 7". Do what the customer asks, with the EXACT amount tendered and not how you want to do it or how much you want to do it. Period!Rule No.3 - You keep your political views for YOURSELF while AT WORK! You don't start a debate in front of me talking to the second customer behind me about who should run for the White House in 2016! Period!If you think the customer annoys you, is rude when he ISN'T (but just explaining what's wrong with your lack of COMMON SENSE), then apply somewhere else!
