They had a plumber to my house within 20 minutes of my call to the office. He arrived with a mask on which I very much appreciated. He was professional and friendly and completed the work quickly and efficiently. Their rates are reasonable and have become my plumber of choice.
I had my basement snaked out the end of February, and I had water come back up the middle of March. When I called them about this problem they said we dont have a warranty on snake jobs, and then they tried to charge me $160 MORE dollars to come back out. I would advise anyone looking for a plumber to go to a company that would guarantee their work.
Called when I needed same day service, and they had someone out that afternoon. He was very professional. The company also has very strict health measures in place to protect not only their workers but the customer (gloves and masks). Kudos to Waterworks for a job well done!
Waterworks plumbing is a life saver for me.on Jan.4 DTE was called for plugged bathtub in my. I have a home protection plan with.they sent their contracted plumber in the techican stated a leak from my upstairs bathroom down into my kitchen which resulted in opening my kitchen sealing which was a river 3 days went on and they informed me after 3day it's nothing else I can do I am sorry and left water dripping down in my kitchen floor.thank God for Dave at Waterworks he saw my ad on Angie List and called me and told me he could help.he told me he would have a tech to my home in an hour he sent Chris a God sent.he is the best. Thanks Dave
Very trustworthy company with an owner that truly cares about helping each customer that he can. With "cheap" companies you pay for what you get and with WaterWork you never have to wonder about the quality of their work! They complete the work in a VERY timely manner and the RIGHT way not a temporary patch that you will have to pour money into again at a later time.
I had a main line sewer back up and I called these guys. They came out within 2 hours of the call. Two men came and first looked at my clean outs, they made some determinations and we came up with a plan to snake.
The main guy seemed logical and worked fast.
They have a very large snake with a 3 inch cutter ) not a small one that some people use.
They spent 1 hour and talked me through what they were doing and where the issues seemed to exist.
They charged $165, but I got $20 with a YP coupon. I would hire them again since they have the right tools to do the job.
Finding WaterWork Plumbing in Ferndale was ’plumb' luck for us! When our home was new we had very few issues. Now that it is aging we've found it necessary to seek out experts for things such as HVAC, electrical and plumbing. We typically seek referrals but they haven’t always worked out. This time we came to Google and (literally) wished for the best. As luck had it, we found the best in WaterWork Plumbing.
Of course the toilet float stem had to break at night and who is going to call you back at night unless you call a company’s emergency line? WaterWork’s site says “24 hours” and while we were skeptical, a company representative called us back within 15 minutes – maybe less (we really weren’t expecting them to follow through). The rep set us up for an appointment the very next day. Easy as that.
Next day, the rep calls to let us know the plumber, “Chris,” will be out within 15 minutes and sure enough they were here within that time frame. Chris, a “Ms.,” is dressed professionally for the job and greets my husband and I with a smile. Today she has an assistant as they had worked the previous job together. She looked over the situation, told us what was needed, gave us a price and went to work. They were so quick we asked if they could do the same for a second toilet as preventative maintenance and they said that would be prudent as we would only have to pay for parts for the second toilet, saving the cost of a potential second call in the future. Bottom line: friendly, fast and fairly-priced. The best “F” words I know when it comes to home maintenance.
We were so pleased I decided to write a review as I know from experience how difficult it can be to find quality workmanship. As of today we have a great new plumber and an excellent HVAC guy. Two down, one to go: now just need a quality electrician!
Called Waterworks after having them snake my drain once before. I have always had to do it yearly because of roots but this time, just 3 months later the drain in the basement was backing up. I knew it wasn't good. Called on a Sunday and they said they could come out the next day. I had to work but had someone else in the house and they kept me up to date over the phone and explained that the drain was blocked far out towards the main line and only a 6 inch blade could clear it up. Unfortunately with the old style construction of a 1950s house, the trap did not allow for this. They had to break concrete in the basement to install a new straight style trap. Turns out the old trap had pretty much also disintegrated. They did all the work in about 8 hours THAT SAME MONDAY (crazy fast, right???), poured new concrete and cleaned up too! Put down tarps through the house so that the snowy slushy day didnt track in mud everywhere. The guys were very knowledgeable and had genuine excitement about their jobs so you knew they were going to do a good job. You can't ask for more! Very satisfied and would call back!
Professional & affordable
After numerous attempts to unclog my bathroom sink, I decided to research a professional for help. I called the company based off of the reviews and comments. The office staff was pleasant to deal with and sent a service tech to my home. Within 10 minutes of Patricks arrival he had the bathroom sink snaked, unplugged and re-sealed the sink, all under an hour, and best of all there was no mess for me to clean up. Professional and affordable. I will definitely use Waterworks again and already have recommended this company to anyone who is seeking a professional!
If you ever need plumbing services, this is the place to call. I chose Waterwork Plumbing based on the good reviews I saw and I was not let down. I was very impressed. I called in the morning and David, the plumber, arrived promptly in the afternoon. He worked very hard and fixed the problem after an hour. He was very honest, very nice, and did a great job. He charged much less than what I expected. He gave a discount too (a coupon on their website). He left the work area very clean and neat. I will definitely use Waterwork Plumbing again if I need plumbing services.
Professional & honest. Great company! Was able to fix a problem in one short trip that a previous plumber couldn't after two long trips out to my home. The Waterwork plumber showed up on time, did a great job, cleaned up everything and didn't overcharge us (like the other company did). If we ever need a plumber again, I am going to call Waterwork from now on!
