Called Cregger to get a second opinion. A different company told us we needed to replace our sewer line for almost $10,000!!!!!!! The techs came out and found that the whole problem was 1 root spot!!!!!! They cleared it with a large cutter and we have had no problems since. What a pleasure. This is the only company i will ever call.

Overall excellent. Work was performed quickly and efficiently. Drain needed snaking. They arrived the same day and took care of us.

I am not one to typically write reviews because I seldom take into consideration other peoples' reviews myself. However, Cregger is an exception. We had an above-ground gas line that we needed put underground so we could have a patio installed. I called several companies for estimates. One never showed up; others gave us estimates ranging from $1,500 to $2,100, with the assumption that my husband and I would dig the eighteen inch deep, 17 foot long, 12 inch wide trench ourselves. By coincidence, I saw a Cregger truck in a drug store parking lot near our house and gave them a call. Cregger's estimate was significantly lower than anyone else AND it included digging the trench! We had a one week delay on the job due to weather, but when Cregger showed up the next week, they had devised a method that would be equally effective, but would take less time and would be notably less expensive that our original estimate. Cregger showed up promptly; did the job efficiently; cleaned up the work area and left it looking great; then followed up the next day to confirm that we were satisfied with the job. Excellent company and our new plumber!!)

As a small business owner, I am hypersensitive to customer service. Because of the outstanding level of service I received from Cregger, I feel it's necessary to share my experience…

I have a 3-year-old water heater in my salon, which was purchased from, and installed by, a different company. Since purchasing the water heater, the pilot light has inexplicably extinguished itself on more than one occasion. Each time, unable to reignite it myself, I contacted the company that installed the unit. Each time, the installer/repair technician/owner experienced difficulty in reigniting the pilot light. On the most recent occurrence, 9 AM on a Thursday morning, he actually refused to come out to “fix” the issue, indicating that it was MY fault for buying the water heater that HE sold to ME.

Being a salon, the absence of hot water means I cannot service clients; thus, my business suffers. Frustrated, angry, and in dire need of a solution, I contacted Cregger Plumbing. Cue the superhero music because they saved the day!!!

The trophy for master facilitator goes to Emily, the customer service angel! Exceptional from the start, she immediately understood the importance of getting the water heater operational. My problem became her problem and, for the first time since the debacle began, my anxiety was gone and I could breathe.

The plumbers, Bob, Jason and David, should wear capes and an SP for Super Plumber across their chests. Identified as the culprit of my hot water woes, Bob replaced a faulty gas control valve. Jason and David returned to replace the hot and cold valves. Each Super Plumber was experienced, professional, clean and courteous. Most importantly, they were quick! Within a few hours, I had hot water!!!

Because of Cregger’s commitment to customer service, I was able to reopen Friday, one of the busiest days of the week. Without hesitation, Cregger is my company of choice, and I will confidently refer them to anyone in need of the services they provide!

I needed copper pipes repaired in my basement, Cregger sent Jason and Kevin to my house. They were fast, efficient, and the price was very reasonable considering the difficulty of the job. Also, they were very patient with the questions I had for them. Cregger is my go-to plumber and I will be referring them to all my friends!

You're better off letting your pipes leak and hope they fix themselves than trying to get a good price/decent customer service from these guys.

Shortly after a visit from a technician my sump pump backed up and flooded my basement. I spent over $300 to clean it up/replace damaged items. The business owner was extremely rude and sarcastic and blamed me for not checking the pump after his technician looked at it to make sure everything was still ok. He refused to take any responsibility and hung up.

Our sanitary line was blocked. It was cleared in a timely manner. No significant issues to note, job done.

Excellent communication. Work completed was prompt and professional. Work area was left in completely clean . Definitely will use again.

Set up an appointment two days prior to them coming out. They gave me a 4 hour block of time 9-1 when they would be here. Called during the last hour of that block of time to say they couldn't make it until the end of the day, or some other day. Took the morning off for them...wasted my time. Unacceptable! Will take business elsewhere.

I have been using this company for all plumbing problems. They have also installed a lavatory in my basement. The workmen are great and prices are excellent. Work was done just when I was told it would be completed.

Had them out to do service work for me. Their Prices were reasonable, and the guy that came out was curteous and effecient. They wore boot covers which I and my new carpet appreciated. They were able to fix the issue quickly. I would recommend them to anyone, and have- my friend used them just a few days ago and thought they did a great job. I always prefer to give my business to the little/independent guys who actually care and not the roto- plumbing companies who are corporate and don't care. This company has been in business a long time.

Very disappointed in their work. Had them out a couple times to fix a job that another plumber was able to fix in one. They need to improve their customer service.

As a landlord I have used this service with very good results.
