Their admissions representatives will lie through their teeth to get you to enroll. They will rave about their job placement services. The job placement services personnel will refuse to assist with any employment beyond entry level fast food or retail. If you make the mistake of mentioning applying to anything beyond said entry level work, they will refuse to assist with resumes or interview tips. Their programs are lacking usable accreditation. Their instructors are only allowed to read off power points. Their admissions personnel will rave about how "hands on" the programs are. If you want a degree in sitting through power point slide shows this would be great, hands-on experience. Don't spend your time or money here. It's not worth it.

I really love SLCHC. Everyone who works there is pretty awesome. I chose the Respiratory Therapy program and I need to say this: This program is VERY difficult. If you do not excel in math and science (chemistry to be more specific), you will STRUGGLE. (A LOT). This program essentially revolves around math, so if you are like me and hate math, do not pick this program. I may change programs, but I do love the school.
I waited and waited to come back to school and though I am no spring chicken the transition is awesome! I am so glad I decided to go back to school and in an industry that has no limits. Now they also offer an RN to BSN program so call them today!
