Awesome service and always tons of sauce
Apparently at this location staff is aloud to accuse customers of lying, give them complete attitude, and talk back. When I asked the employee her name “Taylor”, she claimed to have no name. I then proceeded to ask for the manager, and Taylor refused to get her. It wasn’t until I refused to leave the line that she did. Meanwhile, being disrespectful behind the manager “her boss” the entire time we were talking. Sooo disappointing that the manager here was clearly ok with Taylors ways of treating customers!!!
Several times my drive through experience was not good. You would think only ordering one item or two would be easy enough, but nope, both times they got it wrong. Dining in wasn't so great either. I ordered a double cheeseburger and the meat was so small I thought I got a kids meal burger. I also ordered a small onion ring and got fries instead. So when I mentioned it to the woman manager, she got huffy with me.
This is the most unprofessional establishment that I've ever been to. The staff is very rude. My food was absolutely horrible. I will never come here again I will make sure tell everyone I know about my experience and tell people not to come here. I had the worst breakfast ever and I was told that I was going to get reimbursed for it and the manager here yelled at me in front of a bunch of customers over a $7 breakfast meal. This is by far the worst Burger King that I've ever been to.
