Gene's is the most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. Phone calls, emails & appointments are ignored with never any response. Save your time & energy - you will regret ever trying to deal with them.

I had a nasty three days. Being in Maryland for a short time, I had things to do, but my friend was stuck in the hospital and I had no car. I looked up a taxi for the Denton area and this one was the first on the list with four star rating originally. Aw, what the heck, ya know? I just picked it. I had plenty of funds to pay them. The ride was smooth. The interior was clean. The hospitality was sweet and kind. The conversation was great. I even exchanged a salmon patty/crab cake recipe to them. I had a great time. They are worth every penny.

I have nothing but great things to say about this company. They helped make my daughters 21st birthday celebration a dream come true. Our driver, Steve Reed, was absolutely fantastic. He was very professional, yet fun and entertaining. He arrived on time and transported us to each location (and there were a few) safely. I will be using them again and recommending them to all my family and friends. GREAT JOB GUYS!

I used Gene's limo service for my wedding in Dover DE. I would NOT recommend them to anyone considering a limo. First of all, the limo driver picked half the bridal party up at the hotel and had no idea how to get to the church, he made the groom (me) sit near the front in order to give step by step directions on how to get to the church that was only 10 minutes away...driver did not even have GPS, only addresses on a sheet of paper. Then, he was late picking up the bride and also had abslutely no idea how to get back to the church once he picked them up...once again had to be directed by a bridesmaid. He was then late bringing the bride to the church. Now I paid 400$ for 4 hrs and that is way overpriced for such a bad service. I spoke to the manager and he stated the owner would have to call me back about price reduction...which he never did. I will be calling them again and writing bad reviews on as many sites as i can so people do not waste their time with this service.

i would not could not recommend gene's limo with respect to the bus. The bus driver, driving to DE was such an aggressive driver. He was switching lanes too often and almost hit two vehicles when he squeezed them into another lane on the bay bridge. Coninuing down Rt. 50 to DE, he continued to switch lanes quickly. So many drivers were beeping at him, we felt like we were in NYC. His driving was reckless and he was a danger to us all!!!!!!! Never again!!!

Okay so i'll start by saying that I must have called this place at least 20 times to reschedule due to Irene. Rick, the person who takes your reservations, he was really great. By the end of it he would call and I would know him by voice alone. Rick was nice, professional and patient. When the limo came it was clean, and had these awesome colored lights. Our driver was a distinguished man named Bruce. He was also fantastic, arrived on time to every place we went and drove safely. He also offered to have words with a convenient store owner who was especially rude to us. I don't have enough good things to say about this business. Thank you so much for an awesome Bachelorette party :)
