I give them a zero. I ordered the top $35 pedicure. I didn't get my toenails cut down, my cuticles pushed back, nor the foot massage that was supposed to come with it. After 3 days, my nail polish was coming off. A week later, half the polish is completely gone. Nails, even worse experience. They still had 1.5 hours before close. I was told no several times about my nails being crooked. Then they were too long, even after I said something AND my friend that came with me said something. When I said something, I was told that I was too picky and she didn't want to stay late. Part of professional nail service is to get nice and straight nails without chunky or scraggly nails. There are chunks of plastic just clumped by my nail beds, (I have giant hang nails from them rubbing), didn't push down my cuticles first. Not only that, my nails HURT so bad. I felt like I had an acrylic set ripped off.
Will never go back and I hope to save another girl the pain and suffering I went through.

I took my 12 year old daughter here today for a Mani-Pedi. The service was so rushed that they didn't give my daughter the standard flip flops that are normal after a Pedi. The employee then put one sandal on my daughter's foot & when she messed up the polish had the nerve to get upset! She then did my daughter's Mani while she was sitting in the Pedi chair!! My oldest daughter was with her, but getting her work done by someone else & didn't know what went on. The employee had my daughter put on her own sandals after doing a horrible job on her fingernails. This place is horribly unprofessional! When I saw my daughter's nails when she got home, she told me what happened. I called & complained and all the employee could say was "What do you want me to do?" I informed her I don't want her to do anything, but they will NEVER get our business again! Do not go here unless you want to pay for a service you can do yourself at home.
