The food is way over priced for the quality. The guy (wasn't wearing a nametag) who took our order was really jittery and trying to rush us even when we were the only people in line at the time. When he did take our order he was really all over the place and kind of rude to me when I was using my debit card (he kept resetting the chip reader even when it was working). We also never got our receipts (we had three separate orders and he didn't give us a receipt for any of them), so I can't even take a company survey to give them feedback. His energy was so intense it as almost scary (like he was going to snap if you said the wrong thing) it honestly seemed like he was either on something or needs to be on something (like Adderall or Xanax). My brother tried several different sodas from the machine and he said all of them tasted weird. I don't drink soda, but didn't get a drink because the dinning room doesn't have an iced tea dispencer. They gave me a tiny bag for my food and I was barely able to get a good grasp on it while walking home (the only reason I gave this place a second chance is because it's a short walk from to my appartment). The fries tasted stale and the burger wasn't that great. Overall, from service to prodict quality, not worth the $7 when I could have gone across the street to Jack In The Box, paid less and got a better quality of food and probably even better service. I didn't get dessert this time, but I have gotten blizzards from this location before and they weren't that great, which is disappointing since Dairy Queen is known for its blizzards. I've had blizzards from other Dairy Queens that were much more satisfying, so it's just pretty much something's up with this location all around. I probably wouldn't go back for an actual meal, in the future I'd only go there because it's the only place near me that has chocolate dipped ice cream cones. That seems to be the only thing they have going for them at this location.

Just ate there last night. Great service, and I loved the crab artichoke sandwich. Can't wait to go back. Wish I could get that sandwich in Kitsap County. House Chardonnay was good too.
I love the service here it is great actually as I am telling u this I am at black bear right now I love the chocolate chip pancakes here my awesome waiter is Virginia she is the best I am the booth by the door in the back to another room my name is brooke and I wish I could have Virginia all the time thank u Virginia for the awesome service today.
Do yourself a favor and take a trip to Pimienta. It's hidden behind a Brown Bear car wash but this hidden gem is worth every time of accidentally pulling into the wrong driveway. The food is always impeccable down to the last detail and the drinks are top notch. It is a bit pricey but that's because you're getting AMAZING food and supporting local business. Insider tip: keep an eye out on their Facebook page for their Tapas night !!
I ate at this restaurant for the second time last weekend and it was the most horrible service ever. It took a very long time for our food to come which I understood since it was busy. However what made it the WORSE was what I ordered was UNDER COOKED. I ordered the Country Fried steak breakfast. After I got my food and started eating it I noticed that the texture of the meat was very soft and raw like. I started to look at it which was entirely pink underneath the breading! My boyfriend who was sitting across from the table even noticed it looked raw like too. So I finally got the attention of my waitress and manager. Both agreed it looked under cooked and the manager sent it back to the kitchen. Not one of them apologized, all they did was send it back to the kitchen. So I waited again and still nothing came back. At this point I wanted to leave because I was feeling nauseous from the thought of eating some raw meat. As the manager came by I asked for the check and boxes. He offered to give me new eggs/hash browns but I declined. He got the boxes right away however after another 15 mins no check came. My bf and I got up to head to the front desk since no check arrived. We decided to leave all our food at the table instead of keeping it. At the front desk the girl rang up our total and the manager came over again. I told him no one gave us our check all he said was I thought some one was going to bring it to you. I told him no one apologized for the food being under cooked and this was the worst service I've ever had. So all we paid for was my bf's meal and our drinks. This was his first time there and I was asking him for MONTHS to eat there since it looked like a nice place to eat. I will not be back again. It was the worst experience ever.
We're originally from So. CA, which is where Del Taco is based. My husband and I have always loved them, and as far as fast food/Mexican, they are far superior to any others we have tried here, other than maybe Taco Del Mar or Baja Fresh. We just wish they would move to Kent!
Very disappointed with the Federal Way location. Poor customer service. Worst experience I've ever had at a Ram tonight. I've eaten at at least 4 of the locations & the Federal Way one will never get another $ from me.
