I have always loved Whitt's and I drive up about once per month to get $40 worth of barbecue. Yesterday when i got back home, the slab of ribs was not edible. overcooked? the bones were so soft i couldn't tell where the bones ended and the meat began. every bite was mushy and ruined by the bones. gave it all to the dogs. when i called the manager with constructive criticism (not looking for a refund), she claimed it wasn't her fault and she didn't have anything to do with the quality of their meat, to call Ardmore. Sorry Whitt's, wrong answer. Goodbye.
