I walked into the store and two men were working there. One was pulling a box out of a drawer or something and the other was sitting at a computer. I waited for one of them to acknowledge me, and they did not. I started to turn around and walk out, but I needed to fax something immediately. So I asked the fellow who had the box in his hand if I could fax something and he said yes. The other guy then jumps up from the computer and asks me if he can help me. They both acted as if I were interrupting something that they would prefer to be doing rather than helping me. Once the fax was complete, the fellow who had the box in his hand licked his fingers to separate my fax pages. I HATE IT WHEN PEOPLE LICK THEIR FINGERS AND THEN TOUCH MY STUFF! This is cold and flu season people! All that said, I will not go back to the UPS store on Ramsey Street. I plan on buying my own fax machine so that I don't have to deal with that crap.
I order from Fay To Go around two times a week. The delivery drivers are always polite and the food is always hot. The food always arrives before the time it's due. Great service!
We have ordered from Faytogo quite a few times and have never had a problem until tonight. One meal was missing and a family member went without. I used to work in the service industry and so I completely understand mistakes happen, but when you call numerous times, leave messages, text, and try their site but still hear nothing back that's the worst type of customer service. We won't be ordering from them again and I will be spreading the word about how they treat their customers.
Owner called to leave me a message telling me that they cannot continue delivery to my place of employment because the drivers have a hard time finding me. Okay so, I've faithfully ordered from them ever other week for the past 4 months and this is the message that is left. That very same day, the driver brought two sandwiches and I had only requested one (as you may notice you are unable to delete an item after you place it in your cart), therefore, I added a comment in the comment section confirming that I only wanted one sandwich. I called owner back for both clarity and a refund and she has never responded back...this was two weeks ago. Funny how a person can respond to you when they want to get a message across but will not do so, otherwise...
We've used them many many times and never had a problem!! We love it!! Super convenient for those lazy cheat days!
Due to the bad reviews we decided not to use fay to go :( makes me sad I had to send my husband out instead.
Fay to Go is great! They made it so easy for me to feed my family when I was tried from a busy work day. I was able to place the order online before I left work and a little after I got home the order arrived. Took the stress off me. Thanks Fay to Go you have been a life saver.
Never there. Terrible service
HORRIBLE!!! Ordered a tuna sub for my cousin who does not eat meat and they sent me a totally different sub with meat on it. I called to fix the problem and the lady who answered said she would take to the manager, called back 20 mins later to find out if she had talked to the manager and she had not called back 20 more mins later and they would not answer my calls. Then finally got a call from the manager who was rude and would not help me fix the problem. My cousin explained that she has had problems with them in the past and they still blamed us and refused to help.
Customer service is HORRIBLE!!! We placed an order, and they got it wrong. Called back to fix it, and the women was very rude. She explained she would talk to the manager. We called back 20 minutes later and asked her if she had spoken to the manager, and she stated NO. We asked for the managers number and she said no. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE THESE PEOPLE RUNNING. Now we just called back, and nobody is picking up. Your probably better off going to pick up the food yourself. FAYTOGO IS A JOKE!
