Extremely dissatisfied with my visit. The tech was rude and seemed uneducated and bossy. I was paying for a screen myself and she made no attempt to be accommodating or polite. Go to Quest Diagnostics or another lab - DO AVOID this office if you like professionalism and trained staff.
This was a terrible experience. Went for a screen and the tech Nicole, was the most ignorant and belligerent health professional in my recent experiences. Her tone and demeanor were completely unprofessional and bossy. She made me uncomfortable and I would not recommend this location to anyone.
If at all possible, find some other place to have your test done! These people are slow, slow, slow. I was there for nearly an hour, just to drop off samples. No one consistently stayed at the receptionist window. When someone passed by, a patient would ask when they could be seen, and received a pat answer: Others are waiting too; We'll get to you as soon as we can. Four people walked out. Another woman who came in, after questioning the others, went some place else. One guy said he'd been there 1 1/2 hrs without being called. Another guy was there for a pee test, had been waiting over an hour; after pestering them, they called him to the back. Yes, they appeared to be busy, but who isn't these days? WE are paying them. Our time is precious too. There's no background music, and no accessible toilets for the patients in the waiting room. When someone finally sat at the window, I told the woman I just had to drop off the samples. I added that they were thawing out, as an incentive. It didn't work. She said they have freezers. Sounds like they hear complaints a lot. Well, they should work on getting patients in and out faster, then. Just don't go there.
I had to go for a 3 hour glucose test. It was very clean, prompt service and friendly lab technican. I would recommend this labcorp.
