Horribe. I told them how I wanted my stuff put into storage yet they still proceeded to put all boxes in first. Put boxes clearly marked right side up but they put them on their side or up side down. No telling how much stuff is broken. They put all boxes in first so couldn't figure out how to get my couch in so they set it on its side potentially breaking the frame. Didn't care at all about my stuff. Horrible service.
I was looking online and came across this business. I was VERY skeptical about this facility, because of all the negative feedback. Well, this location was the most convenient for us so we checked them out. They explained to us that new owners took over in 2013. They have a new working gate with hours from 6 am to 9 pm. There are cameras (AND I MEAN EVERYWHERE!!!!) that run 24/7, with nightvision. The climate controlled has a keypad to access, there are also cameras inside climate and around the building. I was very impressed. They also have U-Haul's so moving was very easy. Thanks guys don't know what I would've done without y'all!
We have had nothing but trouble with this place.... I went into the office at one point because I was having issues with their gate and the lady behind the desk had her boyfriend behind the desk with her and acted as annoyed and bothered by me coming in! they told us one price and then charged another during my husbands deployment. Then when he was coming home I called to ask what the procedure was for exciting the unit.The person I talked to said all it neede to so is clear out our things and there was no need to come into the office because there was nothing that needed to be signed and that they check the units every week. So I cleared out the unit and then they continued to charge us! When we confronted them and asked for our money back they were very very very rude and said they would not... they said that I needed to come to the office to let them know we were leaving. Then when they were told what I was told on the phone they called us we were lying!
bad for business!!! Tracy is rude to customers. I came in to get services and she talked to me like I was ignorant. she does not know how to communicate with others and will leave you waiting over 30 minutes just to get assistance. don't store your items here.
This was my second time working with Mad Movers and have to say that I'm very happy with my decision to stick with them. From the first call about scheduling through the move itself -- it's clear that these guys take pride in what they do and in doing so at competitive prices. They were awesome, extremely careful with our stuff and fun guys to go through a move with, too. Can't say enough about how nice it is to have a good moving company to work with (and refer friends to as well). You should call these guys with confidence.
True Professionals! I found Mad Moving while searching the internet and they did a phenomenal job helping me move last week. They were on time, on schedule and on budget -- and they didn't scratch or break anything! I've used other movers in the past and the movers either hinted or demanded their tip at the end of the move -- even when they broke things. It was a PLEASURE to tip the team with Mad Moving!
Have been a customer for almost three months. 2 days ago my locker was broken into along with 10 other units in the facility. I rented the unit because I believed my be secure. I basically just paid for my belongings to get stolen. Extra Space called me and told me my locker had been broken into and that I had to go inventory my stuff. I got there and found out they had not even called the police. I dialed 911 and then the police told me not to touch anything until the first responders had arrived. You would think that the storage facility could have least notified the authorities first. Get a locker somewhere else that takes security seriously unless you want to have your stuff stolen. I will be moving out of there ASAP.
My husband is a disabled Vet that spent almost 2 years in the hospital so when it was time to move, I knew I had to hire a professional to move us in order to take the stress off of my family. We are transitioning and waiting for an ADA home to be built for him. He can't spend a lot of time on his feet so when this moving company showed up 5 hours late I was devistated! It through us way behind schedule with everything else we needed to do that day. The guys worked really hard though and while they were transferring our items to storage I went and purchased chicken for them to eat. Once completed, they called the ower to get the price. I asked for a discount since they were so late getting started and he gave me $25 off. He stated that was the best he could do so I paid $680 total. Yes I did expect more. Yes things do happen, but great customer service comes in when you try to make that customer happy and make the mishap go away. The owner needs to attend a few customer services classes. We will need to move our items again in about 6 months and M.A.D movers will not be called by me, nor will I reccomend them to anyone that I know. I hope that $680 was worth it!!
The moving team came right on time, i really like the way they managed to arrange our stuffs inside the truck in order to be sure that nothing won't break along the way, the entire process was very professional, i am very happy with their work, actually i did not expect so much care they gave in packing my furniture, and they were careful in handling my boxes and furniture, they didn't damage any of my furniture or walls in the house, that's amaizing!
