Delivery of packages have no care involved what so ever...thrown at doorstep,kicked etc.Something needs to be done,but more then likely no one gives a crap anyways.

this is by far the worst post office I have ever had to come in contacts with, after 3 days of them messing up my package I still can't get it and I've even gone to the post office to pick it up on multiple occasions. I called to find out where in the world my package was and she told me "I told you he wouldn't be back until 6:15 you can pick it up tomorrow" and then she proceeded to hang up on me. Never going to use this one again!!!
Really it is so awful I would give it a negative 5 star rating if I could. I have been having a problem receiving my smaller packages that have been delivered at the mailbox according to tracking. Most days it isn't there. So naturally I called the post office. The woman that answered was rude. When I told her my problem she because much ruder. She checked the tracking and then contracted my mail carrier. After a few minutes she told me my carrier said that there was another family along with mine using my mailbox. this simply isn't true. I would love to know where my missing packages are.
I wish I could give them a ZERO! It's utterly ridiculous how rude the clerk Mrs. Peterson was. Clearly there needs to be some customer service training going on. I've been there several times to pick up packages and seems like 5 times out of 10 she is arguing with a customer! Why does the postmaster even allow this nonsense to continue??! I'm SO glad I'm moving and won't have to go there ever again!!!
this people are lazy, sorry, unreliable. when you talk them they very rude. I see why company like ebay and amazon work with them.
I tried to ask this lady a question and I realise that she was working on some register. I just needed to know, if I woud get the military care package boxes from the desk or were you pick up packages. That was it. It would take 30 seconds to answer that question. I didn't need her to stop what she was doing. She told me real rudely that she could not answer my question and that she couldn't think and answer a question at the same time. Really????? Is she serious????What she is telling me is that she can't multi task. If she can't think and answer a question than she don't need to be working for the post office. Her attitude was unnecessary and is that how they treat customers at this post office??? Shame on this people and shame on her because she just proved that she is dumb and ignorant.
I believe the USPS is millions if not billions $$ in debt. Losing business to FedEx and UPS, I never knew why until today. I went to this cliffdale 28314 location to speak to the supervisor;a man who I will not name. But he was the top supervisor; about my mail that I changed from a permanent address to a temp back to a permanent address and in which I was not recieving my mail at all. The supervisor than told me that he did not care about my mail. That if it was not coming to 28314 location he did not care to help me. And if I really wanted some mail he would give me his mail. I told him that I came to USPS to find the location of my mail not to be disrespected. He then told me what was disrespectful, is me coming to the cliffdale location thinking that he can solve my problems. I calmly said sir can you tell me if my mail is here and that would be all I needed. I then went back to usps office on ramsey st which in turn made me go to the post master on green st. Who might I add called the supervisor of 28314 who had all my information which was that my mail was going to a nonexistent P.O. Box. FYI: I am waiting on mail from my disability company because I have been out of work for 5 weeks without pay from a ankle that I have to get surgery on. If anyone needs to go to the post office I would not go to the one on cliffdale. Highly disrespectful and arrogant supervisor "does not care" about the citizens that need their mail. I would go ahead and go through FedEx or UPS, you might spend more money but better customer service is better than having to deal with with that kind of attitude.
