Quick & Friendly service; CCPJ gave a good price for my jewelry pieces. All other shops tried to offer less than what I was willing to take, but I felt like this place made a fair deal with me.

I have been a customer of parker pawn for years and its great to have a neighborhood pawn with a friendly atmosphere and wonderful customer service. The staff is wonderful from the manager Gerald to my girl Brittani, who always has a smile on her face. This store is AWESOME!!!!!

Went to cash my weekly pay check. While i cashed my check i gotten an item out of pawn. Well i always try to save money when i get paid just incase of any emergency that might happen before tge next friday so i took the 100 bill they gave me an slipped it in my wallet for safe keeping well 4 days later on a tuesday i had to break into my saved money so i ask my boss while im at work to brake the 100 bill. Well he marked it an comes to find out it was a fake it looked very good to be fake blue strip on it an all. Well i return to parkers pawn an ask to speak to person in charge explain everything to him an he says he will make a call. Comes back out an tells me they get all there money from wells fargo an theres nothing he can do that all there bills get marked everytime even customers that pay for items get there bills marked. So i get screwed an im out $100 bucks. I try an try to assure him that they gave me the fake 100 an someone there must of been in a rush. So since that the next friday i go back n cash my check once again. And just like last time tbey give me another 100. I look at it good an guess what it was never marked anything at all. I explain to the giy what happened to me the week before an tell him that the gentleman in charge assured me that all bills that come in an out get marked why isnt this one that it proves my statement. Still they havent tryied to fix there error. So i try something else about 2 hours later i return an get something out pawn give them the 100 they didnt check it or mark it so why havent i gotten helped n recieved my 100 back please explain that..... An now im stuck with a fake 100 bill

Worst pawnshop in Fayetteville. Terrible loan rates to go along with stuck-up employees!! Going to Jerry's Pawn only from now on!!

They were very helpful with getting me what I needed. I will return. It's nice to see there are still people in this world who will help you when you most need it.

I love this store! Everyone is so nice and always greets me when I come. They ALWAYS pay me MORE than I expect whenever I sell my jewelry. My son loves their selection of video games too!

Gerald Pone and staff were so friendly when I walked into the store. I had a problem with a ring that was very important to me and they were able to fix it. Also I purchased a bass guitar cord. Thanks for taking good care of me!!!!!

Best pawn and jewelry shop in Fayetteville. I have turned on many friends to shop here. One friend said that he would never shop at any other because he gets the best deals here. Staff gives great service and I never seen a customer complain while I was there. Again these guys are the best.......but don't take my word, check them out for yourself and you will see. The more you shop there, you will believe. I compare this store to ones in the larger cities.

Worst customer service ever!!!! Very inattentive. Overall morality towards customers very poor, very unorganized, very unprofessional. No regards for continuing customer returning. This place is horrible!!!!!
