I've used Cross Country Coach twice thus far on tours I have organized for New York. The service has been superb, very friendly and professional. The busses were well maintained and clean. And they don't miss a beat. Always on time. I would truly recommend this company to anyone looking for a safe and professional way to move your group.
So here's my experience with this company. My church youth group had a summer camp and we needed transportation to the camp. Every place I called charged between $3000 to $5000, then we find this company who told us they would charge us $2,100 for the entire trip. I'm thinking "great, this is a lot less than any other company", but as I said before you get what you paid for. The bus picked us up, the restroom was dirty and there was trash in the trash bags, the toilet was not emptied from the previous trip they had, and only God knows how long it had been in there, which I'll say was long because it smelled like amonia. We had to clean it ourselves, so this ment we had to leave 30 minutes after our scheduled departure time. I had a lunch stop on our schedule, I'd be happy to say we made that, but no, that was a hassle in its own, we passed every fast food place imaginable and I finally had to tell the driver to stop. Then we get to our destination and our driver desides to start going back and fort on the bus ensuring to rub against all the girls. And we pay for his stay at the camp and his food for four days. Then was our trip back, same ordeal, we schedule a stop at Golden Corral, we pass three and I tell the driver we passed and all he can say is "oh yes, I missed it" , Really!!!! If you can avoid this company, you should, they are garbage.
