Harrell,s is a great place for all vehicles. They did a great job on my F250 diesel and saved us a bundle on my wife’s Volvo. Wagon Hays almost got us but Harrell’s saved us a pretty penny. Thank You
I would NOT recommend this dealership. We purchased a used vehicle from them and after leaving we learned that they had not disclosed all of the previous history of the car. We purchased the car with the understanding that it had one owner, but in fact there was a second "owner" of vehicle that put wear, tear, and over a thousand miles on the car during a several months period that was omitted from our conversations. This practice is shady, questionably legal, and certainly deeply unprofessional. And when we brought it to their attention they had no desire to address our concerns, revalue the car, nor rectify the situation of lying to us. Not trustworthy or professional in anyway.
This guy that owned the garage,Josh will make a verbal deal with you and the more the vehicle sits there, the price of the job goes up.He charges $95 an hour and has an attitude when you confront him about the job that was quoted. He wants as much money as he can get off a job,and won't give it to you in writing until it's time to pick it up.
Terrible customer service. Once you buy the car they don't lift a finger to help you even if you are leasing it. It's hard to reach anyone on the phone. I made them aware of issues and they failed to take care of them for me. Instead I was left to deal with the issues on my own. My experience with Chevy dealerships in other areas and Crown Ford here in Fayetteville far out class this dealership. My next vehicle will be purchased or leased at Crown Ford as they always go above and beyond for me and my family, yearsssss after our purchases with them even.
I went today with a friend to get service done to her car, I've never been treated so bad in my life. The manager and the employee we're so rude to us. The manager and I'm not even paraphrasing; the told me - "Ma'am shut up. This is between her and I" - mind you we weren't loud or disrespectful in any way. She was getting choked up because of her situation, so I tried to explain to him the problem and this is how he treated me. The entire experience was so bad, no one wanted to help. In all honesty, I was thinking about buying a car in the next 6 months, but with this type of treatment there's no way I'm buying from you guys. Your staff is disrespectful and rude. I rather deal with my cable company than these people. Disgusting I'm never coming here again, and I'm telling everyone I know. Not to buy anything or get services from you guys. No sir.
DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Came in for an oil change and after 2 hours complained, asked them to check tires. Come to find out they removed my tire took it apart couldn't fox it so threw it in the back of my truck and put my spare on. Since Chevy dealers don't have chevy silverado tires I now have to go find a decent shop open on the weekends. TERRIBLE PLACE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
i was asked repeatedly to take down my review and since there is no way for me to delete it on here i am writing this until i meet my min character requirements.
To put it simply, customer service in the service department is not only terrible, it's practically nonexistent. Today I dropped off my vehicle for an oil change. I brought it in shortly after they opened shop and expected to receive a call when it was ready...but no one ever called. 8 hours later, I decided to just go and see if my vehicle was ready. All of the service desks were unattended and there were several other customers looking lost & waiting to be helped. Finally, someone came out - while eating a sandwich - and announced that they had no idea where my service printout was and that they could not locate the key to my vehicle. This obviously came off as nothing short of incompetent and untrustworthy. No apologies or explanations of any sort are ever offered. This is the 3rd time I've received unsatisfactory treatment at this establishment. Needless to say, I won't be coming back and I will STRONGLY discourage anyone I know from ever wasting their time or money here.
HORRIBLE PEOPLE, HORRIBLE PLACE. The owner David. No matter what you go in for, or need done on your car. He will do a million more things to it. Either messing it up, or racking up your bill. He could've towed a car for you, then you'll go to get it and have a huge fee to pay because he will do anything to suck people dry of there money!
