Terrible service. I've been a patient of Dr. Murthy Viswanith through Village Internal Medicine for over 5 years and have not had a single positive experience with the administrative staff. For example, currently, I am waiting for an authorization form to be signed by Dr. Viswanith and faxed back to a hospital for medication. The form was sent over 7 days ago. I have called, leaving voicemails for my physician's assistant and for the office manager. Nothing has happened. The entire office is lazy, negligent, and in desperate need of staff overhaul. I wish I could give less than 1 star, but this review will have to suffice.
Best patient care, doctor's and staff I have ever been in contact with. Dr. Logue is fantastic!!!
