        My husband and I decided to stay here for a short term lease while our house is being built. Our decision was made for a few reasons: location, amenities, and short term lease availability.
        I feel at home because of the employees here. I like how I am treated by the staff. They go over and beyond to ensure guests are accommodated. The maintenance staff is pleasant and efficient. Work orders were completed in a timely manner. Office personnel have been wonderful during the duration of our stay.
        The list of reasons to live here is substantial. My favorite amenity is the free Starbucks coffee! In addition to all the amenities, there have been several occasions in which Ultris has provided breakfast or dinner for the residents. I feel like a part of a community here. I honestly don't want to leave.
