TLC Autowash & Fast Lube

This is the second time I've had my car washed at this location. The last time I had it washed, it was still very dirty on the inside and I asked them to re clean it. Today I went in and asked for the package that would have them wipe down the interior including the doors. I paid $35 for it. I was shocked as was my family when thy said it was ready to go. The red mud that was on the interior doors was still there and very noticeable. I had someone come look at it and they said they would wipe it down. The two guys who recleaned the doors were pleasant and were happy to make it right. As we got in the car to leave, I noticed my dash was still dusty, it had literally never been touched. We had already spent at least an hour there so we left and I will just clean it myself. Definitely not worth the $35 plus tip that I paid.

Never will me or anyone in my family go here again and I advise everyone to follow. My father got his car washed with the most expensive wash you can get and the Inside was still dirty just as well as the outside. When he tried to talk to the manager about it he was rude and unwilling to help in any way. Never will I go back to a place where I get treated like this. It is horrible,the worst place I have ever went to.

Love this location!! I use my fast past and it has saved me tons!!

This car wash never amazes me. I went to get my car and the guy just took the mats out and made it look like he vacuumed. I still had crumbs in my seat and on my floor. No management on site so I couldn't file a complaint. Poor business practices.

I've plenty of washed at TLC Ramsey st in fayetteville nc. I loved all the workers and the managers. i didn't care about any waits, how quick or how slow. i never went there expecting to be in and out in 5 mins. i loved everyone so much, i applied. and got the job instantly. i now work at TLC of Skibo rd.

All I ever here are complaints. they stole this. they stole that.

wrong.

i know these boys. and i work with them. i hang out with them. they work HARD.

maybe something was stolen or misplaced. but i know it wasn't my boys.

we have cameras on them. the slightest sign of wrong, and they're fired on the spot.

i just want to say. IF YOU leave money in your car. if YOU leave a gps, a wallet, a game system, a phone, and ipod, or anything else in your car when you let ANYBODY handle your car and be in and out of it. you're a moron.

once again, i don't blame my boys.

but don't trust anyone.

i've been chewed out for 10 mins on the phone for a CUSTOMERS problem. for something THEY didn't do, and don't want to admit. and then her HUSBAND calls me? I'm sorry, but you can tell everybody in the city never go to TLC ever again, but we DO have loyal customers that AREN'T stupid.



I love my job. I love my loyal, understanding, customers.

Cheers to my boys that are just tryin to support their kids by giving up their car, riding a bus or bike in the rain, snow, or burning heat, and dealing with those people that blame them and cuss them out everyday.
