Ramsey Street Auto Mart

This business doesn't deserve any star rating at all. We bought a car there some few months ago. We bought the car at the Ramsey St Auto Mart.

1. The customer service was the WORST you could ever think of. When we asked for the manager,he refused to come see us, yet his door was open,and we could see him pushing the sales rep away.



2. Instead of giving us 2 keys for the car,they gave us one key after we signed the papers and cleared with them.They didnt tell us in advance.



3. After they received our Licence plates, which they had said they would call us if they did, they didn't contact us. we picked our licence from them a month after they had received them,and after trying to follow up with DMV by phone.



This is not the place that i would EVER buy anything again. IT WILL BE A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME VISITING PEOPLE WHO THINK THEY ARE DOING YOU A FAVOR!
