Promised a hot water heater. Waited 3 days to find he cannot install. Technician failed to notice details that prevented the needed installation because he was in a hurry to SELL!

Came out and did the work which turned out they did not fix. Called them back and was told "we don't guarantee our work"

I had some problems initially with a misunderstanding about when they would come for the repair work. When we got that straightened out, the repairmen were courteous and helpful, and the work was done well. The servicemen said that they didn't collect money and I would be billed. I never received a bill; it was over 2 months ago that they came. I've called 3 times to tell them that I haven't been charged for the service, and still nothing. It seems that their office is inefficient and disorganized.
