Provided by DexKnowsWe were selling a house in Hope Mills for our son who was serving in the Army in Afghanistan. The property appraisal was assigned to Market Value Realty and Appraisal. We are so glad they got it because we were on a tight schedule and a tight budget and had worked for months to update and upgrade the home. The appraiser commented positively about all our efforts and noticed that we had not just "done the surface" We were able to help the neighborhood and our son and the folks who get to live there and have it appreciated by a professional. The thing that is really good about this company is that they are prompt and communicate well with each other and their customers and "know their stuff!" They did a very thorough job of 'inspecting' this place. Our son had bought it through VA and the people that are buying it from him went through VA...not surprising in the Fayetteville, NC area... and VA is pretty picky!
