I have gone to this Liberty location quite a few times for various tax issues in the last 2 years and have had nothing but pleasant and above par helpful experiences during every phone call or visit. Most people dread the tax time topic but this store and at least the 2 employees I have had the pleasure of working with have been a joy to be around and make tax time something to look forward to just to be able to have the peace of mind they offer. The first time this year I visited the store I was greeted by an extremely friendly woman named Emily who was new and not Someone I had ever dealt with But when I asked her if she could offer me advice on a divorce/custody issue and a question I had about my investment income I had received the year prior she seemed more than willing to try and help me even though she was new and not as experienced and didn't exactly know the answers to my question she was determined to help me get the answers. She Immediately called another store to find her store manager who had stepped out to get something from their cliffdale location. I soon realized the manager, Ashlee, was who helped me solve a irs debt problem last year and who saved me from having to pay an additional $6400 to the irs and who I intended on seeing again so I was thrilled to hear she was coming right back to help me that day. She showed up quickly and was very knowledgable, had me set up with a nice tax liability solution for my investment income within minutes and with everything phone conversation and visit since last year she has gone above and beyond to make sure tax time has been as easy and with a very pleasant peace of mind as taxes can be.I will use Ashlee and this liberty location for years to come. The store has a welcoming and very nice vibe. Great atmosphere and well kept store!! And A+++ employees. Highly recommend for all your financial needs!!
