        Way too expensive for services provided

        When it gets to the point you have to choose between your eating and pet care for a sick animal, you know it's gotten out of hand. That being said, if your pet is sick all they can do for you is charge you for tests & tell you they still don't know what's wrong. My animal died this weekend so I'm grieving.

        Had a very bad experience with a new vet. Overcharged and under delivered. If you risk this practice be sure to get Dr Gray or don't go.

        Amazing care, affordable prices.

        You can tell the staff truly loves what they do and they enjoy working together. They listen to your concerns and ask all the right questions regarding your pets health without trying to sell treatments that are unnecessary. I arrived 30 minutes early to my appointment accidentally, yet they were able to see me when I walked in the door with no problems. My cats weren't bombarded with barking dogs or other frights, either. Very calm environment!

        Felt "talked down to", way ove...

        Felt "talked down to", way overpriced, felt coerced to pay for unnecessary, expensive treatments. When I turned down any options, was made to feel like I was a bad "parent" to my pets, who I love dearly. Long waits as well.
