The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. The office is very clean. I’ve been going to this office for years and wouldn’t think about going to any other practice.

Dr. Scott the owner is a compassionate, passionate for his calling to serve and help people with their dental issues. He also, is aware of how much dental work cost and is always finding a way to give discounts to assist you with finances, that was a big plus for me. He is considerate in this issue.
Not only that, that his work and his staff is awesome and great work was important to me. They back up their work and you can safely trust Dr. Scott and his staff. He is a very tender, loving doctor and he loves to help people. Thank you Dr. Scott and Staff.

After going to him for over 9 years for myself and 5 kids. I paid him $1,961.00 to get two crowns on my front teeth. And never got the service I paid for. I have one temp one, and one permanent, two different colors. Dr Scott was very rude and disrespectful. I never in my life had a DOCTOR talk to me in that matter. And he wanted me to pay more to get them redone, after his staff messed up and got them made. I contacted the NC Dental Society 919-677-1396 or 800-662-8754 and made a complaint with him. Along with the NC Attorney General's Office, BBB, NC Department of Insurance. I will NEVER step foot back in that office. Staff was great to me, even thou all of them are all gone, and he started fresh for a reason.

I made appts. for both my daughters over the phone...on the day of the appt. I was 5 minutes early only to find out they had cancelled my appts. They said it was my job to give new phone numbers and address at time of making appt.! I TOOK OFF OF WORK AND MY CHILDREN NOW HAVE AN UNEXCUSED ABSENCE for school. So because they could not get in touch with me they cancelled my appt. I feel the front desk should ask when scheduling appts. if there are any changes in information!
